Wouldn’t It Be Nice If: Abraham Hicks Game for Android

Wouldn’t It Be Nice If… is a playful game in Law of Attraction Toolbox, and a simple wouldn’t it be nice if Abraham Hicks app for Android. You finish the sentence again and again, adding one wish per row, and save the list. It sits in the Games tab of this manifestation app and is for anyone who wants a light, low-pressure way to explore what they want.

What is the Wouldn’t It Be Nice If game?

The game is an Abraham-Hicks style process. The app describes it as a playful and gentle way to focus on desired outcomes without creating resistance, a low-pressure game of imagination. You begin each line with “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” and complete it with something you would enjoy. The goal is to feel the lightness and fun of the possibility. Read more in our guide to Abraham-Hicks and five of their practices.

What you can do with Wouldn’t It Be Nice If

  • Write as many “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” lines as you like, one row at a time.
  • Edit any line by tapping it.
  • Save the list and reopen it later from your saved entries.
  • Clear the whole list and start fresh.
  • Open the Information icon to read the app’s explanation.

How to play Wouldn’t It Be Nice If on Android

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Wouldn’t It Be Nice If….
  2. Find the box at the bottom of the screen, labelled “Entry 1”. Its placeholder reads “Wouldn’t it be nice if…”. Write your first wish.
  3. Tap Save Row. The line joins the numbered list and the box moves on to “Entry 2”.
  4. Keep going. Tap any numbered line to load it back into the box and edit it, or tap Clear Row to remove the entry you are on.
  5. When you are done, tap Save. A celebration screen appears and the list is saved.

Only rows saved with Save Row are included, and you need at least one, otherwise the app says “No valid entries found. Please enter text on at least 1 row before saving.” To empty the screen, tap Clear and confirm “Clear all entries?”.

Example

The app’s own example is “Wouldn’t it be nice if I received an unexpected check in the mail?” Here are a few more in the same spirit: “Wouldn’t it be nice if the traffic cleared just as I got there?” and “Wouldn’t it be nice if my friend called out of the blue?” Keep them light and fun, and write your own.

Tips

  • Start each entry with “Wouldn’t it be nice if…” and complete the sentence with a desire.
  • Use it when you feel stuck, or when a desire feels too big or difficult to manifest. The playful question helps release resistance.
  • Aim for the lightness and fun of the possibility rather than the effort of making it happen.
  • Add small wishes as well as big ones.

Where your entries go

Saved lists appear under Journey > Saved Entries > By Tool > Wouldn’t It Be Nice If…, on a screen titled “WIBNI History”. Each card shows the date and a preview of the first line. Tap a card to reopen the list in “Edit Journal” mode and save your changes. Saved entries are stored in your Law of Attraction Toolbox account, so they can sync across your devices when you are signed in. The sign-in screen also notes that guest data will not sync across devices.

Visualization Reminders App for Android: Scenes

If you want a visualization reminders app for Android, Visualization Scenes is built for it. In Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app for Android, you write a vivid first-person scene for a goal, set a reminder on your phone, and then run a timed visualization session whenever the reminder arrives. It is for anyone who wants to visualize their desires every day without having to remember to.

What you can do with Visualization Scenes

  • Write scenes of up to 500 characters, each attached to one of your Manifestation Goals.
  • See all your scenes in one place, grouped by goal.
  • Set one or more reminders on a scene, on the days and times you choose.
  • Start a timed visualization session of 68 seconds, 3 minutes or 5 minutes.
  • View your goal images during a session.

How to write a visualization scene

A scene belongs to a goal, so you need at least one in Manifestation Goals first.

From the Tools tab

  1. Tap the Tools tab and tap Visualisation Scenes. The screen is titled Visualization Scenes.
  2. Tap the plus icon at the top (Add scene).
  3. In the Select Goal window, tap the goal this scene is for. If you have no goals, the window tells you to create a manifestation goal first.

From a goal

  1. Open a goal that has not yet been manifested.
  2. Scroll to its Visualization Scenes section and tap Add Scene.

Writing the scene

The Add Scene window asks you to write a first-person description of a moment where your goal has manifested, with sensory details: what you see, hear and feel. Type it into the Your Scene box. A counter shows the 500 character limit, and an example sits underneath the box. Tap Save.

In a goal’s Visualization Scenes section, tap a scene to edit it or the trash icon to delete it. Deleting asks “Delete Scene?” and also removes its reminders.

How to set visualization reminders on Android

Reminders are notifications. If the app does not have permission yet, the reminder screen shows an Enable Notifications button.

  1. Tap the bell next to a scene, on the Visualization Scenes screen, in a goal’s scenes section or inside a session. The Scene Reminders screen opens.
  2. Tap Add Reminder.
  3. Set the time on the clock (24-hour format).
  4. Under Repeat, choose Daily, Weekdays only or Custom days. For Custom days, tap the day letters you want.
  5. Tap Save.

You can add more than one reminder to a scene, and each can be switched off or deleted. The notification is titled “Visualization Reminder”. Reminder times show on the scene, and a number on the bell counts them.

How to start a visualization session

  1. On the Visualization Scenes screen, tap the play icon (Start session) on a scene. The Visualize screen opens, with your scene text under Visualize This:.
  2. Pick a duration: 68 Seconds, 3 Minutes or 5 Minutes.
  3. Tap Start Timer. The ring fills as time passes and the text under the number says “Focus on your vision”.
  4. Tap Cancel to stop, or Restart to begin again.
  5. When the timer ends, the ring shows “Complete!” and a “Wonderful!” window appears. Tap Done, or Start Again for another round.

Tap Mark Complete to log the session without running the timer. If the goal has images, a Show Goal Images button lets you look at them while you visualize. The speaker icon turns the completion sound on or off.

Example

Suppose your goal is a calmer morning routine. Your scene might read: “I wake up before the house stirs, make tea and sit by the window. The light is soft and I feel unhurried and happy.” Set a daily reminder for 7:30, then start a 68 second session when it arrives.

Tips

  • Write in the present tense and use your senses: sights, sounds and feelings.
  • Choose a reminder time you can actually act on, such as just after you wake up.
  • Start with the 68 second option and extend it when you feel like staying longer.
  • Keep scenes that feel good and believable, and rewrite any that do not.

Where your entries go

Scenes are saved with their goal in your account, so they can sync across devices when you sign up and sign in. Reminders are saved on the device where you set them.

Turning It Over Abraham Hicks App for Android

Turning It Over is a game in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app, for the moments when a worry keeps circling and you cannot think your way out of it. If you want a turning it over Abraham Hicks app for Android, you write the worry down, hand it to your Inner Being, your “Manager”, and let it go. It is for anyone who wants a simple way to put a worry down.

What is Turning It Over?

Turning It Over is based on the Abraham-Hicks idea of turning a problem over to the Manager. Your Inner Being has a broader view than you have from inside the problem, and its job is to work out the how, when and who. Handing the worry over is a deliberate choice to stop carrying something that was never yours to solve. If you are new to Abraham-Hicks, Who Is Abraham-Hicks? Core Teachings + 5 Practices is a good place to start.

What you can do with Turning It Over

  • Write down one specific worry in your own words.
  • Hand it to the Manager with a short filing animation.
  • Set a gentle check-back reminder for 3 days or a week later.
  • Keep every filed worry in the Filed with the Manager list, and mark worries as released when they resolve.

How to turn a worry over on Android

  1. Tap the Games tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Turning It Over.
  2. Under “What’s weighing on you?”, write the worry in the text box. The screen says to write it down, then hand it over, because it is not yours to carry right now. The prompt reads “I’m worried about…”.
  3. Tap Hand It to the Manager. If the box is empty, a message asks you to write down the worry you would like to hand over first.
  4. Watch your worry shrink into the tray at the bottom. The screen then says “It’s handled.” with a reminder to tell yourself, “I’ve turned that over. It’s being handled.”
  5. If you want a nudge, tap In 3 days or In a week under “Want a gentle reminder to check back on it?”. You will see “Reminder set. Now let it go.” If your phone asks to allow notifications, allow them so the reminder can reach you.
  6. Tap Another Worry to hand over something else, or Done to finish. Done shows a completion screen and then takes you back.

Example

Say you keep replaying a conversation about a deadline. Type “I’m worried that I will not finish the project on time,” tap Hand It to the Manager, and choose In a week. Each time the worry returns, say “I’ve turned that over. It’s being handled.” When the reminder arrives, notice how the situation feels now.

Tips

  • Be specific. Name the exact thing you keep turning over in your mind.
  • Turning It Over suits worry, overwhelm and doubt. The Emotional Scale recommends it from Discouragement up to Boredom.
  • If you are feeling much lower than that, such as grief or powerlessness, the app suggests being gentle with yourself and trying a guided meditation or the meditation timer first.
  • Revisit your filed worries from time to time and mark the resolved ones as released. Seeing how many sorted themselves out builds trust in the process.

Where your worries go

Every worry you hand over is filed in your account, so it can sync across your devices. Tap the tray icon in the top right of the game to open the list titled “Filed with the Manager”. You can also reach it from the Journey tab: tap Saved Entries, choose By Tool, then tap Turning It Over.

  • Each card shows the worry, the date, and whether it is “With the Manager” or “Released”.
  • Tap the check icon to release a worry. Once released, the text is crossed out and the icon becomes an undo arrow that reopens it.
  • Tap the bin icon to delete a worry. The app asks “Delete this worry?” and tells you it cannot be undone.
  • A reminder arrives as a notification titled “A gentle check-in”, asking how the worry feels now. Tapping it opens the list with that worry highlighted.

Thank You Journal Manifestation App for Android

The Thank You Journal is a writing game in this manifestation app where you give thanks as if your desire has already arrived. You get a prompt, write a short journal entry in the voice of someone who has received it, and save it. It is for anyone on Android who likes to journal and wants a guided way to practice gratitude in advance.

What is a thank you journal for manifestation?

The Thank You Journal is a form of gratitude in advance. The app’s info screen describes it as expressing thanks for your desires as if they have already manifested, working with the “like attracts like” idea. The tip is to be as specific as you can and to bring up the feelings that go with your entry. The same screen links the idea to Rhonda Byrne’s The Secret.

If you are curious about thanking the universe in general, Gratitude and the Law of Attraction: The Fastest Shortcut is a good companion read.

What you can do with the Thank You Journal

  • Receive a prompt that sets a scene to imagine and asks you to write about it.
  • Write a journal entry giving thanks as if it has happened, then save it.
  • Swap to a new prompt whenever you want.
  • Read and edit your saved thank you entries later.

Thank you journal manifestation on Android: how to write an entry

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Thank You Journal.
  2. Read the prompt in the card at the top. It gives you a scenario that begins with “Imagine…”. Beneath it, an italic instruction asks you to write a paragraph or two in the style of a journal entry after having received it, and to say what your experience was and what positive emotions it brought up.
  3. Tap the box labelled “Type your journal entry here…” and write your entry as if the scenario has already happened. Thank the universe for it in your own words.
  4. Tap Save. A celebration screen appears when your entry is stored. Close it to leave the game.
  5. Want a different prompt? Tap New Prompt. If you have already typed something, the app asks “This will clear your current entry and show a new prompt. Continue?” before moving on.

The Save button stays greyed out until you have typed something. The info icon at the top right opens the Thank You Journal info screen.

Example

The prompt says: “Imagine you have the perfect romantic partner, you are in the arms of them and you love each other dearly.” In the text box you write: “Today I want to say thank you. Last night we cooked together and I felt completely at ease. I was so happy to be held. Thank you for this relationship.” You tap Save.

Tips

  • Be as specific as possible and invoke the feelings that go with your entry.
  • Use this game from contentment or above, because thankfulness in advance only works when it is genuinely reachable.
  • On low days, choose a gentler process first, such as a meditation, and return when appreciation flows more easily.
  • Skip a prompt that does not speak to you with New Prompt.

Where your entries go

Saved entries are stored in your account. Open the Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, choose the By Tool view and tap Thank You Journal. The “Thank You Journal History” screen shows each entry with its date, the prompt you used and your text. Tap one to open it as “Edit Entry”, change your text and tap Save. If you sign up for an account, your entries can sync across your devices.

Today tab options live on the Today tab itself. Tap the eye icon at the top to open Today Tab Settings. Under Views, drag to reorder and use the switches to show or hide Greeting & Streak, Daily Affirmation, Quote of the Day, Pre-Paving, Guided Meditation, Manifestation Goals, Vision Board and Quick Actions. Under Activities you can show or hide Setup Checklist, 7-Day Activity and Daily Streak. See the Today tab guide.

Tips

  • Pick a reminder time you can keep, such as right after you wake up, so practice becomes a habit.
  • If you turn off Sound Effects, the app stays quiet but your timers and games work the same.
  • Preview a few AI voices before choosing, since each sounds different.
  • On the Games and Tools tabs, press and hold a tile and drag it to put your favorites first.

Set Intention App for Android: Daily Intentions

Set Intention is a simple daily practice in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app for Android. You write one intention for the day, save it, and it is kept for you to look back on. This set intention app for Android feature gives your day a clear direction, and this page shows how to use it.

What you can do with Set Intention

  • Write an intention for today in a large text box.
  • Open it in a couple of taps from the Quick Actions on the Today tab.
  • Look back at every intention you saved, newest first.
  • Delete an intention you no longer want to keep.

How to set an intention on Android

  1. Open the Today tab and scroll down to Quick Actions.
  2. Tap the “Set an Intention” card, which says “Focus your energy on what you want”.
  3. On the “Set Intention” screen you will see the line “Set your intention for today, focusing on what you want to experience or achieve.”
  4. Tap the “Your Intention” box, which shows “Enter your intention here…”, and type your intention.
  5. Tap “Save Intention”.

The button stays dimmed until you type something. After you save, the screen closes and takes you back. The info button at the top right opens a short explanation of the tool.

You can also reach Set Intention from the “Set an intention” step in your Setup Checklist, which you can open from the Today tab or the Journey tab. Finishing that step ticks it off.

Where your intentions go

Every saved intention is stored with your account, so it can be there when you sign in on another device. To read them again:

  1. Open the Journey tab and tap “Saved Entries”.
  2. Choose “By Tool” and tap “Set an Intention” to open the “Intentions” list. Each card shows the date and your words, newest first.
  3. To remove one, tap the trash icon on its card and confirm “Delete”.

The “Timeline” view in Saved Entries also lists your intentions, and tapping one opens the same Intentions list. Saving an intention is also recorded as “Set Intention” in your Activity Log. The Journey tab guide explains both.

Tips

  • Keep it short and about today, in your own words.
  • Write what you want to experience, not only what you want to avoid.
  • Set it first thing in the morning or before an important activity, as the in-app info suggests.
  • Pair it with the Daily Check-In so you start the day by noticing how you feel, then choosing a direction.

Segment Intending Worksheet for Android

Segment Intending in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a segment intending worksheet for Android: name the segment of your day you are about to enter, then write the intentions you have for it. It lives in the Games tab of this manifestation app and suits anyone who likes to pause before a meeting, a workout or the commute and set a positive tone.

What is segment intending?

Segment intending is an Abraham-Hicks practice. A segment is any part of your day, such as a place you are about to visit or an activity you are about to start. Before you enter it, you pause and set a clear, positive intention for how you want it to go. The app describes it as a way to keep your mind pointed at what you want all through the day.

For the wider picture, read Segment Intending & Rampages: Advanced Abraham-Hicks Practices.

What you can do with Segment Intending

  • Describe the segment you are going into, in your own words.
  • Add as many intention lines as you like, one at a time.
  • Save the worksheet and reopen it later to edit it.
  • Delete old worksheets from the history list.
  • Read the app’s explanation from the Information icon.

How to fill in a segment intending worksheet on Android

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Segment Intending.
  2. Under “What segment am I going in to?”, type the segment in the box that says “Enter segment description here…”.
  3. Under “For this segment I intend…”, use the box at the bottom of the screen. It is labelled “Entry 1” and says “Enter an intention here…”. Write your first intention.
  4. Tap Save Row. The line appears in the numbered list and the box moves on to “Entry 2”.
  5. Repeat for as many intentions as you want. Tap any numbered line to load it back into the box and edit it, or tap Clear Row to remove the entry you are on.
  6. When you are finished, tap Save at the bottom. A celebration screen appears and the worksheet is saved.

Only lines you have saved with Save Row are included. If nothing has been entered, the app shows “No valid entries found. Please enter text on at least 1 row before saving.” To empty the whole worksheet, tap Clear and confirm “Clear all entries?”.

Segment intending examples

The app’s own examples are short and positive: “I will have a productive meeting” or “I will enjoy this workout”. Here is a fuller one. Segment: “Drive to work”. Entry 1: “I arrive calm and on time”. Entry 2: “I enjoy the music and the quiet”. Entry 3: “I step into the office feeling ready”. Write what you honestly want, in your own words.

Tips

  • Pause for a moment before a new activity or place, then set a clear, positive intention for it.
  • Keep each intention simple. A single line is enough.
  • Use the reminders in the app to help you remember to set intentions through the day.
  • Try a new worksheet for each segment, so your history reads like a log of your day.

Where your entries go

Saved worksheets appear under Journey > Saved Entries > By Tool > Segment Intending, on a screen titled “Segment Intending History”. Each card shows the segment, the number of intentions and the date. Tap a card to open it in “Edit Journal” mode, or tap the delete icon and confirm “Delete Journal?” to remove it. Saved entries are stored in your Law of Attraction Toolbox account, so they can sync across your devices when you are signed in. The sign-in screen also notes that guest data will not sync across devices.

Manifestation Scripting App for Android

Scripting in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a simple scripting journal inside a manifestation app for Android. You open a blank page, write about your future as if it is happening now, tap Save, and your script is kept in your Saved Entries so you can read it again. It suits anyone who wants a manifestation scripting app that is quick to use every day and does not get in the way of the writing.

What is manifestation scripting?

Scripting means writing your desired future in the present tense, as though it has already happened. The app’s info screen describes the purpose as scripting your future into your present reality: write as if you already have what you desire, and let yourself feel the joy and gratitude that comes with it.

The blog covers the method in depth. Start with Manifestation Scripting: How to Write It (With Examples), then browse 50+ Manifestation Scripting Examples for inspiration. This page shows how to do it in the app.

What you can do with Scripting

  • Write a script in a large text box
  • Swipe through tip cards that guide how to write
  • Open the AI Manifestation Coach from the “Generate Personalized Script” button
  • Save each script and edit it later

How to write a script on Android

Open the Games tab and tap the Scripting tile.

  1. Tap the text box, which is labeled “Type your script here…” and suggests you “Write your desires, intentions, and manifestations in present tense…”.
  2. Write about your future as though it is happening right now. Describe your desires as already fulfilled.
  3. Let yourself feel the joy and appreciation as you write. The more intense the positive emotions, the better.
  4. Tap Save when you are finished.

Save stays unavailable while the text box is empty. After a successful save, a celebration message appears. Clear empties the text box after asking “Clear Script?” and “Are you sure you want to clear all text?”, so you can choose Clear or Cancel.

The Generate Personalized Script button

Below the text box is a button labeled “Generate Personalized Script” with the description “Create a custom script based on your goals”. Tap it to open the AI Manifestation Coach, where you can choose a manifestation technique for personalized AI guidance. If you prefer to write everything yourself, you can ignore it. See the AI Manifestation Coach guide for Android for how the coach works.

Example

A short script might begin with gratitude, as one of the app’s tips suggests: “I’m so thankful that I wake up in my own bright apartment by the sea. The morning light fills the kitchen, I make my coffee and I feel calm, proud and free.” Keep it in the present tense, add a few details you can picture, and finish by thanking the Universe, or whatever higher power you choose, for this being your reality now.

Tips

  • Write in the present tense, as if you already live this life.
  • Begin with a statement of gratitude, add supporting details, then end with thanks.
  • Struggling for ideas? Think about how you want each major area of your life to look.
  • Experiment with different ways of scripting until you find the ones that feel joyful. You can script more than one intention.
  • Scripting flows best from hopefulness or above. If the positive words feel forced, the info screen suggests reaching for relief first, such as a meditation or a Focus Wheel, then coming back.

Where your entries go

Saved scripts are kept in your account. Open the Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, choose By Tool and tap the Scripting card. “Scripting History” lists each script with its date and the first lines of your text. Tap a script to open it as “Edit Script”, change the text, and tap Save to keep your changes.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

Release Resistance Abraham Hicks App for Android

Release Resistance is a tool in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app, and a release resistance Abraham Hicks app for Android. It helps you make limiting beliefs visible and choose one empowering belief to live from instead. Saving that belief creates an empowering decision you can return to and add evidence to. It is for anyone who notices old beliefs getting in the way of a goal.

What is releasing resistance?

Beliefs shape what you expect, notice and do. When a goal triggers thoughts like “I can’t afford this”, those thoughts are resistance. Release Resistance has you write them down so the old story is visible, then decide on one empowering belief to replace it. For the bigger picture, see Why Your Manifestation Isn’t Working (And How to Fix It).

What you can do with Release Resistance

  • Work with a manifestation goal, or with a general belief or situation on your mind.
  • List the limiting beliefs that show up, using prompts and starters if the words do not come.
  • Save one empowering belief as a decision, then add it to My Affirmations.
  • Return to it in the Journey tab to add evidence.

How to release resistance on Android

  1. Tap the Tools tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Release Resistance.
  2. On “Start where the resistance is clearest”, tap a goal and then Continue with Selected Goal, or leave every goal unselected and tap Work With a General Belief.
  3. On “Step 1 of 2”, write one belief in the box that reads “Write a limiting belief”.
  4. If you are stuck, tap a prompt under “Need a prompt?”, such as “What makes me think I cannot have this?”, to show it under the question. Or tap Need a starting point? to open “Limiting Belief Starters”. Search or browse themes such as Money and Relationships, and tap a starter such as “I can’t afford…” to drop it into your writing.
  5. Tap “Add another limiting belief” for more, then tap Choose my empowering belief. If every box is empty, the app asks you to add at least one first.
  6. On “Step 2 of 2”, you see your beliefs summarized under “The limiting beliefs you noticed”. Answer “What empowering belief are you deciding to live from instead?” in the box that reads “I choose to believe…”. The app reminds you that a powerful decision is the opposite of the limiting belief, not a softer version of it. There is a 300 character limit.
  7. Tap Need a starting point? for “Empowering Belief Starters”, the opposites of the limiting ones. Then tap Make this my decision.

After you save: Empowering Decisions

The next screen is titled “Your empowering decision”. It shows three steps for living from it: notice when the old belief returns, return to your empowering belief, and choose your next thought or action from it. From here you can tap Find Evidence Now, tap Add to My Affirmations, or tap Done. If you leave part way, you can choose “Keep draft”.

Your decisions live in the Journey tab under Empowering Decisions, which you can also open from the lightbulb icon at the top of Release Resistance. Each row shows the decision, its goal or “General belief”, the date, and a count such as “2 pieces of evidence” once you add some. To add a decision without the full process, tap the plus icon and choose Write a decision, or Guide me through it for a two-step version.

Open a decision to tap Add evidence, or Ask the evidence question again to answer “What evidence do I have that this is true?” repeatedly. Under “Returning to this decision”, tap I noticed it and chose this each time you catch the old belief and choose the new one. The pencil icon edits the decision.

Example

Limiting beliefs: “I can’t afford the life I want” and “There is never enough money for extras”. Empowering belief: “I can afford a life I love, and I make choices that support it.”

Tips

  • Your empowering belief should say what you now choose to believe, not become an action plan or deny genuine circumstances.
  • The Emotional Scale recommends Release Resistance from Doubt up to Boredom.
  • Evidence is optional. You do not need to wait for it before living from your choice.

Where your entries go

Saved decisions are stored in your account, so they can sync across your devices. They appear in the Journey tab under Empowering Decisions, and in Saved Entries under By Tool, where you can also delete one. If you worked from a goal, its detail screen shows an “Empowering Decisions” section.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

This guide covers the Android app. If you use an iPhone or iPad, read the iOS version of the Release Resistance guide instead.

Frequently asked questions

What are some limiting beliefs examples I can use?

The app’s Limiting Belief Starters include “I can’t afford”, “I don’t have time to”, “Nobody is going to”, “I don’t deserve” and “It isn’t safe to”. Each starter has an opposite you can use as an empowering belief starter, such as “I can afford” or “I deserve”.

What is an empowering decision?

It is the one empowering belief you choose to live from, saved from Release Resistance or written directly in the Journey tab.

Do I need a manifestation goal to use Release Resistance on Android?

No. Leave every goal unselected and tap Work With a General Belief to work with any belief or situation on your mind.

Rampage of Appreciation App for Android: 13 Guides

Rampages of Appreciation in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a guided rampage of appreciation app for Android. Instead of facing a blank page, you read ready-made appreciation statements one at a time, with the line before and after faded around the one in focus. It is part of this manifestation app and is for anyone who wants an easy way into appreciation practice.

What is a rampage of appreciation?

A rampage of appreciation is an Abraham-Hicks practice. You focus intently on things you appreciate, and each statement builds on the one before it. The app describes it as a list of statements that help you feel better about the subject at hand. You can read more in our guide to segment intending and rampages.

What you can do with Rampages of Appreciation

  • Choose from 13 ready-made rampages, each with a title and a one-line description.
  • Step through the statements with Next and Previous.
  • See the previous and next statements faded above and below the current one.
  • Tap Generate Personalized Rampage to open the AI Manifestation Coach and build one around your own subject.
  • Open the Information icon for the app’s explanation of the practice.

Rampage of appreciation examples in the app

The list includes these rampages: Good Feeling, A New Day, Work, Inspiration & Action, Momentum & Flow, Self & Spiritual Growth, New Year, Attract Your Soul Mate, Planting Seeds of Abundance, Follow Your Passion, The Opportunities of Spring, Enjoying your friendships, Manifesting Your Dream Job and Allowing a Strong & Healthy Body. Each opens a full set of statements. For example, “Good Feeling” begins with “I want to feel good today.”

How to do a rampage of appreciation on Android

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Rampages of Appreciation.
  2. Pick a rampage that suits where you are today.
  3. Read the statement in the middle of the screen. The one before it and the one after it are shown fainter above and below.
  4. Tap Next to move forward. Tap Previous if you want to go back. Previous is switched off on the first statement.
  5. Keep going until the last statement. Tapping Next there finishes the rampage and a celebration screen appears.

Allow yourself to notice any positive shift in how you feel as you read. There is nothing to type, so you can use it when you only want to read.

Tips

  • Start with subjects that are easy for you to appreciate, then move on to more challenging ones.
  • Rampages work best when appreciation is already within reach, roughly contentment or above. If you are feeling low, the statements can ring hollow, so reach for relief first, such as a meditation or a Focus Wheel.
  • Read at your own pace and let each line land before tapping Next.
  • Try the personalized option when none of the 13 fits your subject.

Where your entries go

Rampages are read-through guides, so there is nothing to save or edit afterward. Finishing one is recorded as an activity in the app.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a rampage of appreciation app for Android?

Yes. Law of Attraction Toolbox for Android has a Rampages of Appreciation game with 13 guided rampages to read through, plus an option to generate a personalized one.

Is there a rampage of appreciation worksheet I can fill in?

The Android game is guided rather than a fill-in worksheet. You read each statement and tap Next. If you want to write your own lines, the Generate Personalized Rampage button opens the AI Manifestation Coach.

Can I go back to an earlier statement?

Yes. Tap Previous to step back one statement at a time.

What is the difference between a rampage and a focus wheel?

The app treats the Focus Wheel as a gentler step for when a subject feels heavy, and rampages as a practice that works best once appreciation is within reach.

Ready to try it? Download Law of Attraction Toolbox from Google Play, open the Games tab and start your first rampage. You can also read more about this manifestation app on our homepage.

Pre-Paving Process App for Android: Steps and Tips

Pre-Paving in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a pre-paving process app for Android. You pick a time period or an event, answer four short questions about how you want it to go, and the app keeps your statement on the Today tab as a reminder. It is one of the Games in this manifestation app and is for anyone who likes to set the tone before the day, the week or a big event begins.

What is pre-paving?

Pre-paving is an Abraham-Hicks technique. You describe how you want an upcoming period of time or event to go, in the present tense, as if it is already unfolding. The app says it is about visualizing and feeling your desired future as if it is happening now. This page keeps the explanation short and focuses on using it in the app. For the full background, see the guide to Abraham-Hicks and the 10-minute daily manifestation routine.

What you can do with Pre-Paving

  • Choose Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Next Week, This Month, Next Month or Specific Event.
  • Name a specific event if you pick Specific Event.
  • Answer four guided questions in your own words.
  • Read tips that appear above the questions.
  • See your latest pre-paving statement in the Pre-Paving section of the Today tab.
  • Reopen and edit an old entry from your saved entries.

How to pre-pave on Android

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Pre-Paving. You can also tap the + beside “Pre-Paving” on the Today tab.
  2. Under Event, pick a time period from the drop-down. The default is “Today”. If you pick “Specific Event”, a “Specific Event Name” box appears for you to type the event.
  3. Read the instruction “Answer any of the questions below in full sentences and include as much detail as possible.”
  4. Answer the first question, which uses your choice: “What are your plans for today? What things will you be doing?” The wording changes with the period or event you chose.
  5. Answer “How do you want those plans, and things, to go?”
  6. Answer “How do you want to feel throughout your day? What emotions do you want to experience?”
  7. Answer “What things would you like to see during and after the event/time period?”
  8. Tap Save. A celebration screen appears and the entry is saved.

To empty the form, tap Clear and confirm “Clear All Entries?” with Yes, Clear.

Example

Event: “Tomorrow”. Plans: “I have a relaxed morning, then a good meeting at ten”. How it goes: “Everything runs smoothly and on time”. Feelings: “I feel calm, confident and curious”. What you will see: “Friendly faces and a clear to-do list by the end of the day”. Write in the present tense, as the app suggests.

Tips

  • Answer in full sentences. This makes them easier to read on the Today tab.
  • Write in the present tense, as if you are about to experience your ideal scenario.
  • Allow yourself to feel the positive emotions as you write.
  • Use it for upcoming events in your day or week, not only long-term desires.
  • Pre-paving can also show you limiting beliefs: if you feel you cannot have something, that points to one.

Where your entries go

Your most recent pre-paving entry appears in the “Pre-Paving” section of the Today tab, where you can tap the eye icon to show or hide it. That section can also be switched on or off in the Today tab settings. All entries are listed under Journey > Saved Entries > By Tool > Pre-Paving, on a screen titled “Pre-Paving History”. Tap an entry to open it in “Edit Pre-Paving” and save your changes. Saved entries are stored in your Law of Attraction Toolbox account, so they can sync across your devices when you are signed in. The sign-in screen also notes that guest data will not sync across devices.

Placemat Process (Abraham Hicks) App for Android

The Placemat Process in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a placemat process app for Android. You make a placemat with two lists, “Me” for things you will do and “Universe” for things you hand over, and move tasks between them as you go. It lives in the Games tab of this manifestation app and is for anyone who wants to feel less weighed down by a long to-do list.

What is the Placemat Process?

The Placemat Process was introduced by Esther and Jerry Hicks in the teachings of Abraham. You create two lists. The “Things I will do” side is for what you want to do or must do today. The Universe’s side is for everything else you would like taken care of. The app says the aim is to get unstuck by entrusting some tasks to the Universe, which releases resistance and gives the Universe permission to help with ease. Read more in our guide to Abraham-Hicks and five of their practices.

What you can do with the Placemat Process

  • Create as many named placemats as you like.
  • Add tasks to the “Me” list or the “Universe” list.
  • Tick off tasks as they are done.
  • Move a task from one list to the other.
  • Rename, archive, unarchive or delete placemats.

How to use the Placemat Process on Android

Create a placemat

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Placemat Process. This opens the “Placemats” list.
  2. Tap the + button. In the “New Placemat” box, type a name where it says “Enter a name…” and tap Create.
  3. The new placemat opens straight away. Its name is in the top bar. Tap the name or the pencil icon to change it (“Edit Placemat Name”).

Add and manage tasks

  1. On the placemat you will see two sections: Me (“Things I’ll do”) and Universe (“Things I let the Universe handle”). On a phone they are stacked, with Me on top. On a tablet they sit side by side.
  2. Tap the small + button in a section. A box titled “New Me Task” or “New Universe Task” appears. Describe the task and tap Add.
  3. Tap the checkbox beside a task to mark it done. A done task is crossed out.
  4. Tap the three-dot menu on a task and choose Move to Universe or Move to Me to change its list, or Delete to remove it.

Example

Say your placemat is “Tuesday”. Under Me you add “Send the invoice” and “Go for a walk”. Under Universe you add “The client replies kindly” and “A parking space near the office”. If you notice you are gripping a task too tightly, open its menu and choose Move to Universe. This is only an illustration. Fill in your own.

Tips

  • Put on the Me side what you want or need to do today, then put everything else on the Universe side.
  • The key is letting go of the need to control everything. Focus on what you can do and allow the Universe to handle the rest.
  • Check off tasks as they are done so the list shows what has already moved.
  • Use the Information icon on the Placemats list or on a placemat to read the app’s full explanation.

Where your placemats go

Placemats are stored in your account and always listed on the “Placemats” screen. When you leave a placemat, the app saves your changes automatically. Tap the three-dot menu on a placemat to Archive it, and use the archive icon in the top bar to see “Placemats (Archived)”. There you can Unarchive or Delete a placemat. Saved entries are stored in your Law of Attraction Toolbox account, so they can sync across your devices when you are signed in. The sign-in screen also notes that guest data will not sync across devices.

Abraham Hicks Pivoting Process App for Android

Pivoting is a game in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app, built around one question: “So what DO you want instead?” If you want an Abraham Hicks pivoting process app for Android, you say what is bothering you plainly, then turn it around into what you would rather have. It is for the moments when you notice you are focused on something unwanted.

What is the Abraham Hicks pivoting process?

In Abraham-Hicks teaching, every subject is really two subjects: what is wanted, and the lack of it. Pivoting is the deliberate turn from one to the other. It is lighter than a focus wheel, because it is one turn rather than a full wheel, so it is useful when a bigger stretch is not possible yet. The power is in making the turn on purpose instead of staying pointed at the problem. For a fuller picture of the teachings, read Who Is Abraham-Hicks? Core Teachings + 5 Practices.

What you can do with Pivoting

  • Name what you do not want in a line or two.
  • Tap Pivot and state what you want instead, in the present, in your own words.
  • Save each pivot and look back at a list of desires that began as complaints.

How to pivot in the Android app

  1. Tap the Games tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Pivoting.
  2. Under “What don’t you want?”, write it plainly. The prompt reads “I don’t want…”.
  3. Tap Pivot. If the box is empty, the app says “Write down what you don’t want before pivoting.”
  4. The screen changes to “So what DO you want instead?” Your first answer stays visible, dimmed, in a card labeled “What you don’t want”.
  5. Write the other side of it as a desire, in the present. The prompt reads “I want…”.
  6. Tap Save. A celebration screen appears. Tap Back first if you want to reword the unwanted side.

Example

Step one: “I don’t want to keep feeling behind on money.” Tap Pivot. Step two: “I want to feel steady and in control of my money.” Save it. Later, open Saved Entries and you will see a growing list of wanted statements, each one born from a complaint.

Tips

  • Pivoting works well from anger, blame, discouragement, disappointment and frustration. You only need enough clarity to name what is wrong.
  • Do not worry if the wanted statement does not feel fully believable yet. The pivot is about direction, not arrival.
  • If even naming the unwanted feels like too much, the app suggests quieting your mind with a meditation first.
  • Keep the unwanted side short and honest. A line or two is enough, and the screen reminds you that naming it shows you exactly what you do want.

Where your entries go

Saved pivots are stored in your account, so they can sync across your devices. To read them, open the Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, choose By Tool, and tap Pivoting. Each card shows the date, what you wanted in bold, and what you did not want underneath. Tap a card to open “Edit Pivot”, where both halves are visible. Change the text and tap Save.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

This guide covers the Android app. If you use an iPhone or iPad, read the iOS version of the Pivoting guide instead.

Frequently asked questions

What is pivoting in Abraham Hicks?

Pivoting is the deliberate turn from what you do not want to what you do want. In the app it is one question and two short answers.

How is pivoting different from a focus wheel?

The app describes Pivoting as lighter than a Focus Wheel: one turn, not a full wheel. That makes it easier when a bigger stretch is not possible yet.

Which emotions is the Pivoting process for on Android?

The Emotional Scale recommends it from Anger up to Boredom. The app’s guidance says it works well from anger, blame, discouragement, disappointment and frustration.

Does my answer have to feel true?

No. The app’s guidance says the pivot is about direction, not arrival, so a wanted statement does not need to feel fully believable yet.

Can I change a pivot after I save it?

Yes. Open it from Saved Entries, edit the text on the “Edit Pivot” screen and tap Save.

One honest turn is enough to start. Ready to try it? Download the manifestation app from Google Play and reach for a little relief today.

Journey Tab Guide for Android: Stats and Saved Entries

The Journey tab is where Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app for Android, keeps everything you have done and set up. See the streaks guide for how the streak numbers work.

Where your entries go

Most things you save in a game or tool appear under “Saved Entries”. In “Timeline”, entries from every tool are listed newest first, grouped by day, and you can search them with “Search your entries” or filter with the chips at the top. “By Tool” lists each game or tool that has saved entries, and “Mood” shows your emotions over time. Your Manifestations Log, Daily Practice and Mood History entries also have their own tiles.

Money Game Abraham Hicks App for Android

The Money Game in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a simple way to play the law of attraction money game on your Android phone. The app gives you an amount of money to “receive,” and you spend it in your imagination, one item or experience at a time. If you want a money game Abraham Hicks style that keeps count for you, this manifestation app for Android adds up your spending and shows what is left.

What is the money game?

The money game (often called receive and spend) is an imagination exercise. You pretend to receive a sum of money, appreciate it, and then enjoy deciding exactly what you would do with it. The app’s info screen describes the aim as feeling good about any money received and carrying those feelings into everyday life.

For the thinking behind it, see How to Manifest Money. This page is about playing in the app.

What you can do with the Money Game

  • Receive an amount and imagine spending it on things that bring you joy
  • Write each item with its own amount and watch your “Spent:” and “Left:” totals update
  • Change the received amount for a game if you want to play with a different number
  • Save each game, then open it later to edit it

How to play the Money Game on Android

Open the Games tab and tap the Money Game tile.

  1. The first time you open it, a “Money Game Setup” message asks how you would like to receive your game amounts. Tap Sequential Order (Default), which works up from the smallest amount, or Random Order.
  2. A full-screen message appears with “You Have Received:” and your amount. Appreciate it, then tap Close.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, type an amount next to “Amount:” and describe the item in the “Entry text” field. The label above shows which row you are on, such as “Entry 1”.
  4. Tap Save Row. The row is added to the list above and a fresh row opens for the next item. Save Row stays unavailable until both the text and the amount are filled in.
  5. Repeat for each item. “Spent:” and “Left:” show how much you have used.
  6. When you are finished, tap Save Game.

To change a row you have already saved, tap it and its text and amount load back into the entry area at the bottom. Clear Row removes the row you are on.

Set your own received amount on Android

You are not stuck with the amount the game picks. Tap the amount beside “You have just received:” (it has a pencil icon), or tap Edit Amount on the full-screen received message. A “Set Received Amount” box opens with the prompt “Choose how much you have received for this game.”

  1. Type a whole number into the “Amount” field.
  2. Tap Use This Amount.

The amount must be greater than zero and at least what you have already spent in that game. It applies to the current game only.

Currency, order and sound

Tap the gear icon at the top of the Money Game to open “Money Game Settings”. Under “Preferences” you can switch “New Amount Order” between Sequential and Random, and turn “Play Sound Effect” on or off (it plays on receiving a new amount). The same switches are under “Money Game” in the Settings tab, next to a “Currency” section with buttons for $, £, €, ¥ and ₹ that change the symbol shown beside every amount.

Starting a new amount

Tap New Amount to move on to the next amount. This starts a fresh game and clears the rows you have not saved, so tap Save Game first if you want to keep them. After you save a game, your next game starts with the next amount in your order.

Tips

  • Appreciate the amount before you spend it, whatever the number.
  • Use the full amount each time and give yourself permission to have fun with it.
  • Swipe the tip cards at the top of the screen when you run out of ideas. They ask things like “How would you pamper yourself or invest in self-care?”
  • Play when you feel neutral or better about money. If money is a sore subject today, the info screen suggests softening it first with a Focus Wheel or Clarity Through Contrast, then coming back.

Where your entries go

When you tap Save Game, a celebration message appears and the game is saved to your account. To find it again, open the Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, choose By Tool and tap the Money Game card. “Money Game History” lists your games by date, each showing the amount you received. Tap a game to open it as “Edit Journal”, change the rows, and tap Save Game. Tap the bin icon on a game and confirm “Delete Journal?” to remove it.

Manifestation Log App for Android: Track Wins

A manifestation log app for Android should make it easy to see what has already shown up. The Manifestations Log in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app for Android, collects every goal you have marked as manifested, grouped by month, with the date, the amount and the story behind it. It is for anyone who wants proof, in their own words, that things are arriving.

What you can do with the Manifestations Log

  • See all your manifested goals in one list, newest month first.
  • Check each month’s total and a running Total Value Manifested.
  • Log a manifestation that you never added as a goal first.
  • Open any entry to read the date, the reason you wanted it and the emotions you expected.
  • Record the synchronicities you noticed along the way.

How to open your manifestation log

There are two ways in.

  1. Tap the Tools tab and tap Manifestations Log. It opens on the Manifestations Log tab of the goals screen.
  2. Or, from Manifestation Goals, tap Manifestations Log in the bar at the bottom.

The Today tab can also list Manifestations Log and Log a Manifestation under Quick Actions.

How to log a manifestation on Android

  1. Tap Log a Manifestation (Quick Actions on the Today tab, described as “Quickly add a completed goal”). The Add Goal form opens with ALREADY MANIFESTED? already set to Yes.
  2. Type a Goal Name for what you manifested.
  3. Check the Completed on day, month and year. It starts on today’s date.
  4. Optionally add images, enter an approximate MONETARY VALUE (APPROX), and answer WHY WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE THIS?
  5. Choose any EMOTIONS TO EXPERIENCE and tap Save.

How to move a goal into your log

  1. Open Manifestation Goals and tap the goal.
  2. Tap Mark as Manifested and confirm “Mark as Manifested?” with Yes.
  3. The goal now appears in the log under the month it was marked.

You can also add a goal straight into the log from the Add Goal form by choosing Yes under ALREADY MANIFESTED? and setting the Completed on date.

If you marked one by mistake, open it and tap Manifested again. The app asks “Mark as Incomplete?” and returns it to your goals list when you confirm.

How to review your log and record synchronicities

  1. Scroll the log. Each month has a header such as the month and year with MONTH’S TOTAL beside it. Under it, each entry shows the day of the month, the goal name and the amount.
  2. Scroll to the bottom to see Total Value Manifested. It adds up the amounts on goals that have a monetary value.
  3. Tap an entry to open it. You see Date Manifested, the goal name, details and the reason you wanted it.
  4. Tap Edit to fill in the Synchronicities question, “What synchronicities did you experience during this manifestation?”, then tap Save.

If nothing is logged yet, the screen says “No manifested goals yet!”

Tips

  • Log small wins too. A log full of everyday manifestations is easy to believe in.
  • Note the signs and coincidences you noticed while they are fresh.
  • Read back through a past month when your confidence dips.
  • Enter an approximate value if you like seeing the total grow, and leave it blank if you do not.

Where your entries go

A log entry is a goal that has been marked manifested, so it is saved with your other goals in your account. When you sign up and sign in on another Android device, your entries can sync across your devices.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

The steps are different on Apple devices. See the iPhone and iPad version of this guide.

Meditation Timer App for Manifestation on Android

The Meditation Timer is a simple timer built into this manifestation app. If you are looking for a meditation timer app for manifestation on Android, set how long you want to sit, choose a background sound and an ending sound, and press start. It is for anyone who wants to quiet the mind on their own terms.

What you can do with the Meditation Timer

  • Set a duration in hours and minutes.
  • Add a delayed start so you can settle into position first.
  • Pick a background sound that plays while you meditate, and preview it first.
  • Pick a completion sound that plays when the time is up.
  • Fade the background sound out near the end.
  • Optionally save completed meditations to Health Connect.

How to set up your meditation timer on Android

  1. Open the Tools tab and tap Meditation Timer.
  2. Under Hours and Minutes, choose how long to meditate. Hours run from 0 to 22, minutes from 1 to 59, and the starting setting is 10 min.
  3. Under Delay Start, choose 0s, 5s, 15s, 30s or 60s.
  4. Turn Fade Out Audio on or off with the switch.
  5. Tap Meditation Audio and choose a background sound. Tap the small play icon beside a sound in the list to preview it.
  6. Tap Completion Audio and choose the sound for the end. You can preview these too.
  7. Press the large play button in the middle of the circle.

The circle shows your remaining time under the play button, written like “10m 0s”, with the word “Timer” beneath it. The ring fills as the session goes on, and when a delayed start is set, “Delayed Start” and the seconds left appear above the button. Press the button again, now a stop icon, to end early. Your choices are remembered for next time, and the screen stays on while the timer runs.

Background sounds and ending sounds

Meditation Audio has eight options: Air Con Fan, Brown Noise, Ocean Waves, Ohm, Ohm Atmospheric, Rain, Singing Bowl and Silence. The sound repeats until the timer ends.

Completion Audio has eight options too, for anyone who wants a timer with bells: Bell, Bell 2, Peaceful Bells, Upbeat, Upbeat 2, Glass, Wind Chimes and Silent.

Delayed start and fade out

With a delayed start, the countdown runs first and the background sound only begins when the delay is over, so you have a moment to get comfortable. With Fade Out Audio on, the background sound fades during the last 10 seconds. While the timer is running the settings are locked, so stop the timer first if you want to change them.

Connect Health Connect (optional)

Below the sound settings is a Connect Health Connect button with the note “Optional: save completed meditations to Health Connect.” Tap it and the app explains that it will write the title, start time, end time and duration of completed meditations to Health Connect, and that it does not read or share Health Connect data. Tap Continue to grant permission or Cancel to skip it.

Tips

  • Even a few minutes a day helps. The app’s own advice is to aim for consistency over duration.
  • Use a short delayed start to get into position before the sound begins.
  • Try Silence as the background sound if you prefer a quiet sit, and pick a gentle ending sound.
  • Preview a sound with its play icon before you commit to a full session.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

The iPhone and iPad version has its own layout, so see the Meditation Timer guide for iPhone and iPad.

List of Positive Aspects App for Android

The List of Positive Aspects in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a list of positive aspects app for Android. It gives you a subject, such as “Your Home” or “Money”, and you write down everything good you can think of about it. It is one of the Games in this manifestation app and suits anyone who wants a simple, structured way to look for the good in a topic.

What is the List of Positive Aspects?

The List of Positive Aspects is an Abraham-Hicks process. You choose a subject, then list as many positive things about it as you can, trying to feel appreciation as you write. The app describes the purpose as deliberately shifting your focus toward the positive attributes of any subject. The app notes the process works from frustration upward, so if you feel real anger or lower about a subject, soften it first with a Focus Wheel and come back. You will see it shortened to LOPA in the app’s history screen.

What you can do with the List of Positive Aspects

  • Get a suggested subject, or tap Custom and type your own.
  • Add as many positive aspects as you like, one row at a time.
  • Edit any row by tapping it.
  • Save the list and reopen it later from your saved entries.
  • Tap New Subject to clear the list and move to a fresh subject.

How to make a list of positive aspects on Android

  1. Open the Games tab and tap List of Positive Aspects.
  2. Look at the line that starts “Subject:”. The app shows a subject for you. Tap Custom to type your own where it says “Enter subject”, or tap Random to go back to the suggested one.
  3. In the box at the bottom, labelled “Entry 1”, write a positive aspect where it says “Enter a positive aspect…”.
  4. Tap Save Row. The line joins the numbered list and the box moves on to “Entry 2”.
  5. Keep adding lines. Tap a numbered line to load it back into the box and change it, or tap Clear Row to remove the entry you are on.
  6. When you are finished, tap Save. A celebration screen appears.

Only rows you have saved with Save Row are included, and you need at least one, otherwise the app says “No valid entries found. Please enter text on at least 1 row before saving.” If you choose Custom, the subject must not be blank. Tapping New Subject asks “Start New Subject?” and warns that it clears all entries.

List of positive aspects examples

The suggested subjects include Money, Your Family, Your Friends, Work, Your Home, Your Colleagues, A Parent, Your Partner, Your Body, Your Health, Your Education, Your Last Vacation, Your Previous Manifestations and Your Closest Friend. For “Your Home”, your list might read: “It keeps me warm”, “I love the morning light in the kitchen”, “My neighbors are friendly”. Write what is true for you.

Tips

  • Choose a subject, then list as many positive things as you can think of. Try to feel the appreciation as you write.
  • If you are struggling in one area, a few minutes a day on a List of Positive Aspects about it can shift how you feel, according to the app’s tips.
  • If a subject stirs up real anger, start with a Focus Wheel and come back to this list.
  • Be specific. “The morning light in my kitchen” is easier to feel than “my home”.

Where your entries go

Saved lists appear under Journey > Saved Entries > By Tool > List of Positive Aspects, on a screen titled “LOPA History”. Each card shows the date, the subject and a preview of the first entry. Tap a card to reopen the list in “Edit Journal” mode and save your changes. Saved entries are stored in your Law of Attraction Toolbox account, so they can sync across your devices when you are signed in. The sign-in screen also notes that guest data will not sync across devices.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

These steps are for the Android app. If you use Law of Attraction Toolbox on an iPhone or iPad, see the iPhone and iPad version of this guide.

Manifestation Tracker App for Android: Goals List

Want a manifestation tracker app for Android where your goals, pictures and reasons all live in one place? Manifestation Goals in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app for Android, is your manifestation list: add each desire with an image and a goal statement, then mark it manifested when it arrives and watch it move into your log.

What you can do with Manifestation Goals

  • Keep a list of everything you are manifesting, as a grid of pictures or a simple list.
  • Add images to each goal, choose a cover image and view them full screen.
  • Write why you want it and choose the emotions you expect to feel.
  • Add an approximate monetary value if the goal has one.
  • Write a goal statement in the present tense, ready to use in the games.
  • Mark a goal as manifested and record the date.
  • Attach visualization scenes to a goal.

How to open your manifestation goals list

  1. Tap the Tools tab.
  2. Tap Manifestation Goals.

The screen has two tabs at the bottom: Manifestation Goals for goals still on their way, and Manifestations Log for goals you have manifested. You can also reach your goals from the Manifestation Goals section on the Today tab.

If you have not added a goal yet, you see a few example goals marked “Example goals – tap + to add your own”. Use the icon at the top to switch between grid and list views, and in grid view the second icon switches between larger and smaller pictures.

How to add a goal to your manifestation list on Android

  1. Tap the plus button (Add Goal). If you have none yet, tap Add Your First Goal.
  2. Type a Goal Name. This is the only required field.
  3. Tap Add Image(s) to choose one or more photos from your phone.
  4. If it has a price tag, enter an amount under MONETARY VALUE (APPROX).
  5. Under WHY WOULD YOU LIKE TO HAVE THIS?, write your reasons.
  6. Under EMOTIONS TO EXPERIENCE, tap the feelings you expect when it manifests.
  7. Tap Save.

The question ALREADY MANIFESTED? defaults to No. Choose Yes to add a goal that has already arrived, then set the Completed on day, month and year.

How to write a goal statement

At the bottom of the form is GOAL STATEMENT (FOR GAMES). It asks you to write the goal as if it is already part of your current reality, so the games can use it properly.

  1. Under Choose starting verb, pick one such as “I am”, “I have”, “I create”, “I receive” or “I weigh”.
  2. Under Write ending statement, finish the sentence.
  3. Check the Preview, which joins the two parts.

The app’s own example: if your desire is to weigh 150 pounds, choose “I weigh” and type “150 pounds”.

How to organize and edit your goals

  1. Tap a goal to open it. Its pictures are at the top, with a plus icon to add more. Tap a thumbnail to open Manage Images, where you can press and hold to drag the order, and tap Set as Cover to choose the first image.
  2. Tap the full screen icon to see the images larger.
  3. Tap Edit to change the name, More Details, monetary value, goal statement, reasons and emotions. Tap Save when you are done.
  4. To remove a goal, tap Edit, then Delete Goal and confirm.

On a goal that is not yet manifested, a Visualization Scenes section lets you add scenes with Add Scene. See the Visualization Scenes guide for Android.

Mark a goal as manifested

Open the goal and tap Mark as Manifested. Confirm “Mark as Manifested?” with Yes. The goal moves to your Manifestations Log. When a goal has been manifested, its edit screen also asks “What synchronicities did you experience during this manifestation?” See the Manifestations Log guide for Android.

Example

Say you want a trip to the coast. Add a goal called “Weekend by the sea”, add two photos, enter an approximate cost, and write that you want it because you need rest. Tick a few emotions such as calm and happy. For the goal statement, choose “I go” and type “to the sea every summer”.

Tips

  • Pick a cover image that makes you smile, as it is what you see in the grid.
  • Keep goal statements in the present tense so they read naturally in the games.
  • Write the reason behind the goal, not just the goal itself.
  • Revisit the list now and then and mark finished goals so your log grows.

Where your entries go

Your goals are saved to your account, so they can sync across devices when you sign up and sign in. Manifested goals appear on the Manifestations Log tab.

Manifestation Widget for Android: Vision Board

The Law of Attraction Toolbox manifestation app has a Vision Board widget for your Android home screen, so the picture of the life you are creating is in front of you every time you pick up your phone. This page shows how to add it, what it displays and what happens when you tap it. It is a manifestation widget for Android that works from the board you have already built.

What you can do with the Vision Board widget

  • Keep your vision board on your home screen all day
  • Tap the widget to open your board full-screen in the app
  • Resize the widget to suit your layout
  • See a prompt to create a board if you have not made one yet

How to add the widget to your Android home screen

The exact steps vary a little between phone makers, but the usual way is:

  1. Touch and hold an empty space on your home screen.
  2. Tap Widgets.
  3. Find Law of Attraction Toolbox in the list and choose the Vision Board widget. Its description reads “Keep your vision board in sight all day”.
  4. Touch and hold the widget, then drag it to where you want it and let go.

The widget starts at 2 by 2 cells. You can resize it horizontally and vertically by touching and holding it and dragging the handles.

Which vision board does the widget show?

The widget shows a preview image of one of your boards. It uses the board you last viewed on the Vision Board card on your Today tab. If there is not one, it falls back to the most recently updated board that has a preview image. When you save changes to a board in the Vision Board tool, the widget refreshes to match.

If you have no boards yet, the widget shows “Tap to create your vision board”. Tapping it takes you into the app.

What happens when you tap it

Tapping the widget opens Law of Attraction Toolbox and takes you straight to that board in the full-screen viewer. From there you can enjoy it, then go on to your practice.

Tips

  • Build or refine your board first in Tools, under Vision Board, so the widget has something inspiring to show.
  • To change which board the widget shows, view the board you want on your Today tab’s Vision Board card.
  • Place the widget where you already look often, such as your main home screen.
  • Give it a quiet moment: when you notice it, take a breath and picture the feeling of already having what is on the board.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

The iPhone and iPad app has different widgets and setup steps, so see the iPhone and iPad home screen widgets guide.

Manifestation Meditation App for Android

Guided Meditations is the listening side of this manifestation app, which makes it a handy manifestation meditation app for Android too. Pick a recorded meditation, download it, press play, and let a voice lead you through it. It is for anyone who finds a guided track easier to follow than a silent sit.

What you can do with Guided Meditations

  • Browse the meditation list, each with artwork, a title, a short description and its length.
  • Download a meditation to your phone, then play it from the list.
  • Pause, skip back or forward 30 seconds, drag the slider, restart or repeat the track.
  • Open the Guided Meditations section from the Today tab.
  • Delete downloaded meditations from the Downloaded Content screen to make space.

How to play a guided manifestation meditation on Android

  1. Open the Tools tab and tap Guided Meditations. You can also tap the Guided Meditations heading on the Today tab.
  2. Scroll the list and choose a meditation. Each row shows its title, a short description and its duration.
  3. If the meditation is not on your phone yet, tap its row to start the download. A progress ring appears with a percentage (it reads “Connecting…” for a moment first), and the small x in the ring cancels the download.
  4. When the download finishes, the row shows a play icon. Tap the row to open the player.
  5. Press the play button. The player shows the artwork, the title, the description and “Duration:” with the length of the track.

Under the artwork you will find a slider with the elapsed time on the left and the total time on the right. Below it are five buttons: go to the beginning, rewind 30 seconds, play or pause, fast forward 30 seconds, and repeat. Tap the repeat button to turn it on. It changes color when it is active, and the meditation starts again when it ends. The back arrow at the top left closes the player.

If a download fails, the row shows “Tap to retry”. Tap it and a “Download Failed” box appears with a Retry button.

The meditations in the library

  • Morning Magic: “Meditation for starting off your day with magic” (10:28)
  • Attracting Abundance: “Cultivate a mindset to attract abundance” (17:21)
  • The Power of Gratitude: “Transform through thankfulness” (15:01)
  • Your Best Year Yet: “Make this year your best one to date” (15:12)
  • Stepping Into Spring: “Spring is a time for Growth & Abundance” (17:15)

The Today tab shortcut

On the Today tab, the Guided Meditations card shows Morning Magic with its artwork, description and length. If it is already on your phone, tap the card to play it. If not, tap it to start the download. Tap the “Guided Meditations” heading above the card to open the full list.

Manage downloads in the manifestation meditation app

Tap the download icon at the top right of the Guided Meditations list to open Downloaded Content. Each downloaded meditation shows its artwork, title, description and length, with a red trash button on the right. Tap it and confirm “Delete Download” to remove the file from your phone. If nothing is downloaded, you will see “No Downloaded Content” and a note to download meditations from the main list. A deleted meditation stays in the list, and you can download it again whenever you like.

Tips

  • Download a meditation before you need it, so it is ready when you sit down.
  • Use Morning Magic at the start of your day, or pick the track that matches your mood.
  • Turn on repeat if you want to stay with a track for a second round.
  • Meditation is a gentle place to begin when other processes feel out of reach. The app suggests reaching for a meditation first on low days, then coming back to a technique once good feelings are easier to find.

Focus Wheel App for Android: Template and Steps

The Focus Wheel in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a focus wheel app for Android: a ready-made template with ten numbered boxes around a central “Area of Focus”, so you can work through the process anywhere on your phone. It sits in the Games tab of this manifestation app and is for anyone who wants to move their thoughts about a subject toward something that feels a little better.

What is the Focus Wheel?

The Focus Wheel is an Abraham-Hicks process. You put a subject in the middle of the wheel, then write statements around it, one at a time, that you can believe and that feel a bit better than the last. The app describes it as a tool for shifting your focus from a negative aspect or feeling toward a positive one, and says it works best when you are moving up the emotional scale.

This page is about using the process in the app. For the full background, read our Focus Wheel guide and how to use the Abraham Hicks Focus Wheel process.

What you can do with the Focus Wheel

  • Write an area of focus in the middle of the wheel and up to ten statements around it.
  • Save each wheel and come back to it later from your saved entries.
  • Tap the Information icon in the top bar to read the app’s own explanation of the process.
  • Tap the History icon to see every wheel you have saved.
  • Reopen an old wheel to change it, or delete it from the history list.

A focus wheel template for Android

The wheel is laid out as a grid of three columns. The “Area of Focus” box sits in the middle column. Box 1 is directly above it and box 6 is directly below it, boxes 2 to 5 run down the right-hand column, and boxes 7 to 10 run up the left-hand column. Each box is a text field with the placeholder “Type here…”, so you can tap into any of them.

How to do a focus wheel in the Android app

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Focus Wheel.
  2. Tap the “Area of Focus” box and write your subject where it says “Enter area of focus…”. This can be something you want to manifest or a feeling you want to feel.
  3. Tap box 1 and write a statement about your subject that is true for you right now and feels good.
  4. Move on to box 2 and write the next statement. Keep going around the wheel, noticing how each statement feels as you write it.
  5. When you are done, tap Save. A celebration screen appears and your wheel is saved.

The Save button stays switched off until the Area of Focus has some text in it. To start over, tap Clear. The app asks “Clear all entries?” and you confirm with Yes or back out with Cancel.

Example

Say your area of focus is “My new job”. Box 1 might read “I got a job offer”. Box 2: “I will be earning a steady income”. Box 3: “I am learning something new every day”. Each line is something you can honestly agree with, and each one reaches for a slightly better feeling. This is only an illustration. Write what is true for you.

Tips

  • Write statements that are currently true for you, as the app’s info screen suggests.
  • Pay attention to the positive emotion each statement brings up as you write it.
  • If a statement does not feel believable, soften it until it does, then carry on.
  • Other games in the app, such as the List of Positive Aspects and Rampages of Appreciation, work best from contentment or above, so a Focus Wheel is a good first step when a subject still feels heavy.

Where your entries go

Every saved wheel is listed in the Focus Wheel history. Open it with the History icon on the Focus Wheel screen, or go to the Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, choose By Tool and tap Focus Wheel. Each card shows the Area of Focus, how many of the 10 entries are filled and the date. Tap a card to reopen the wheel and change it, then tap Save again. To remove one, tap the delete icon on its card and confirm “Delete Entry?”.

Feel As If Manifestation App for Android

The Feel As If game is a guided “feel as if” manifestation exercise in Law of Attraction Toolbox for Android. The app shows you a scenario and a few lines of guidance, and you spend at least 68 seconds feeling as though it is already real. It is a quick, no-writing practice for anyone who wants an act as if manifestation exercise they can do in a spare minute. It lives on the Games tab of this manifestation app.

What is the feel as if technique?

The idea is simple: instead of wishing for something, you imagine it as already yours and let yourself feel how good that is. The app’s info screen ties the 68-second length to Abraham Hicks, who teaches that significant vibrational momentum is underway after that time. The stronger the feelings and the longer you hold them, the better.

The blog has a full walkthrough of the timing idea in The 68-Second Manifestation Technique Explained. This page covers how to do it in the app.

What you can do with Feel As If

  • Get a scenario to imagine, with guidance on what to feel
  • Run a 68-second timer with a progress bar
  • Skip to a new prompt whenever you like
  • Turn the completion sound on or off from the top bar

How to play Feel As If on Android

Open the Games tab and tap the Feel As If tile. The screen is titled “Feel As If…”.

  1. Read the scenario at the top of the screen. It starts with something like “Imagine you…”
  2. Read the guidance below it. The first block, in italics, tells you to start the timer and let the good feelings flow for at least the next 68 seconds. The second block describes what to picture and feel.
  3. When you are ready, tap Start Timer. A progress bar counts down the 68 seconds.
  4. Imagine the scene, using all your senses, until the timer ends.
  5. If you want to stop early, tap Cancel Timer. The timer resets.
  6. Not drawn to a prompt? Tap New Prompt to move to the next one.

When the 68 seconds finish, a celebration message appears and the next prompt loads. If you feel like carrying on past 68 seconds, do. The on-screen guidance says the longer you feel good, the more power and momentum you will achieve.

Sound and the top bar

The speaker icon in the top bar mutes or unmutes the sound that plays when the timer finishes. The info icon next to it opens the game’s information screen.

Example

One of the prompts reads: “Imagine you look into the mirror and you LOOK and FEEL phenomenal.” The guidance asks you to feel how great you feel, the love you have for yourself right now, and the big smile on your face. Tap Start Timer, picture the mirror, notice how your clothes feel, and stay with that feeling until the bar runs out.

Tips

  • Use your senses. Imagine the sounds, smells or textures that go with the scene to make it more vivid.
  • Play when you already feel content or better. The app suggests raising your state first with a meditation if you are low, rather than forcing the feeling.
  • Stronger feelings matter more than perfect imagery, so use New Prompt freely until a scenario appeals to you.
  • Tap the speaker icon at the top right if you would rather finish in silence.

Frequently asked questions

How do I do a feel as if manifestation exercise on Android?

Open Feel As If from the Games tab, read the scenario, tap Start Timer and imagine it as already real for at least 68 seconds, focusing on the good feelings.

Why is the timer 68 seconds?

The app’s info screen explains that Abraham Hicks teaches significant vibrational momentum is underway after 68 seconds.

Is this the same as an act as if manifestation exercise?

It is the same spirit. You imagine and feel the scenario as if it is already happening, guided by a prompt, instead of writing it down.

Does the Feel As If game save my sessions?

No. There is no saved entry for this game. When the timer finishes, a celebration message appears and the session counts as an activity in the app.

Emotional Guidance Scale App for Android: Reach for Relief

If you are looking for an emotional guidance scale app for Android, the Emotional Scale tool in Law of Attraction Toolbox is built for it. You tap the feeling closest to how you feel right now, and this manifestation app shows you the processes designed for that feeling. It is for anyone who wants to reach for relief without guessing which game to play.

What is the emotional guidance scale?

The emotional guidance scale is a ladder of 22 feelings taught by Abraham-Hicks. The app numbers it from 1 at the top, “Love / Joy / Appreciation / Clarity / Empowerment / Freedom”, down to 22 at the bottom, “Fear / Grief / Depression / Despair / Powerlessness”. The idea is to reach for the next better-feeling thought, not leap from bottom to top. For the full teaching, see The Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale (And How to Climb It).

What you can do with the Emotional Scale

  • See all 22 emotions in one scrollable list, each with its number.
  • Tap the emotion closest to how you feel and open Reach for Relief, which suggests games and tools suited to it.
  • Log how you feel after a process and see how many positions you moved.
  • Open “Scale Reference” from the toolbar for the scale grouped into Higher, Mid and Lower Vibrations.

How to use the emotional guidance scale app on Android

  1. Tap the Tools tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Emotional Scale.
  2. Read the list under “The complete emotional scale”. The small headings say “HIGHER VIBRATION” and “TAP THE CLOSEST FEELING”, and every emotion stays in view.
  3. Tap the row closest to how you feel right now. It is highlighted with a check mark.
  4. Tap Show Me a Recommended Process at the bottom. The app saves your starting feeling (the button briefly reads “Saving…”) and opens Reach for Relief.
  5. Reach for Relief starts with “You’re at” and your emotion, then a short line of encouragement and a card for each suggested process, showing the tool’s name and a short description. Tap one to open it.
  6. When you finish a process, the completion screen offers Log How You Feel Now. Tap it, choose the feeling closest to where you are after that process, and tap Save Mood, or tap Not Now. If you log it, the screen tells you how many positions you moved up.
  7. Back on Reach for Relief, some processes show “How do you feel now?” instead. Tap an emotion, or tap Skip. You then see a result such as “You moved from” one emotion “to” another, with Try Another Tool and I’m Done buttons.

Which processes does it recommend?

Each tool in the app is matched to a stretch of the scale, and Reach for Relief shows up to six that fit your emotion, with the most targeted first. For example, from Anger the list starts with Pivoting and Focus Wheel. From Worry it can include Clarity Through Contrast, Better-Feeling Story and Turning It Over. Guided Meditations and the Meditation Timer are matched to the whole scale, so they are always an option.

Near the bottom of the scale (position 18, Revenge, and below), the list is shorter. The app adds a card called “A note about right here” explaining that thought work does not help much that far down, and that rest and quieting your mind come first. It also reminds you that anger sitting above powerlessness is progress, not a setback.

Tips

  • Be honest. The app’s own guidance says there are no wrong answers, and the low end of the scale is exactly what this tool is for.
  • Reach for relief, not for joy. Any movement up the scale counts, even from despair to anger.
  • Tap the list icon in the top bar to open “Scale Reference”, and the information icon for the tool’s own how-to text.

Where your entries go

The feeling you start from and the feeling you log afterward are saved to your account, so they can sync across your devices. To review them, open the Journey tab and tap Mood History. Each card shows the date, where the mood came from (for example “Recommended Process”), a line such as “Before: 17. Anger”, an “After:” line if you logged one, and “Moved 3 positions up” when both are there. Without an after feeling, the card says things like “Waiting for an after-process mood” or “Comparison expired”. A starting feeling stays open for comparison for 24 hours.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

This guide covers the Android app. If you use an iPhone or iPad, read the iOS version of the Emotional Scale guide instead.

Frequently asked questions

Is there an emotional guidance scale app for Android?

Yes. In Law of Attraction Toolbox, the Emotional Scale tool lists all 22 emotions, lets you pick the one closest to how you feel, and recommends processes matched to it.

Where can I see the full Abraham Hicks emotional scale on my phone?

The Emotional Scale screen lists every emotion in order. For a grouped view, tap the list icon in the top bar to open “Scale Reference”, which shows Higher, Mid and Lower Vibrations.

What do the numbers on the emotional scale mean?

The app numbers the emotions from 1 at the top to 22 at the bottom. Lower numbers are higher on the scale.

Does the app track how my mood changes?

Yes. It saves your starting feeling and the feeling you log after a process, and Mood History in the Journey tab shows the shift.

The emotional guidance scale works best when you use it in the moment. Ready to try it? Download the manifestation app from Google Play and reach for a little relief today.

Daily Wants List Manifestation App for Android

The Daily Wants list in Law of Attraction Toolbox for Android is a simple way to write down what you want, one line at a time, starting every line with a phrase you choose. If you are looking for a daily wants list manifestation habit that takes a couple of minutes, this manifestation app gives you a clean list, helpful tip cards and a saved history you can look back on.

What is a daily wants list?

A wants list is a practice of thinking about what you want and writing it down, so your attention rests on your desires instead of your problems. The app’s info screen describes it as a way to gain clarity on your desires and focus your creative energy. It suggests listing things you want each day, big or small, physical or emotional, without judging them, and writing from positive anticipation rather than lack.

It pairs well with a morning habit. For ideas on building one, see A 10-Minute Daily Manifestation Routine (Morning Practice).

What you can do with Daily Wants

  • Write as many wants as you like, one per row
  • Start the list with a phrase such as “I Want”, “I Choose” or “I Am Open To”, or add your own
  • Swipe through tip cards when you are not sure what to write
  • Save each list and open it later to edit it

How to write your Daily Wants list on Android

Open the Games tab and tap the Daily Wants tile. The screen is titled “Daily Wants List”.

  1. Tap the starting phrase near the top (it shows as “I Want…” by default). A menu opens with ten suggestions: I Want, I Choose, I Prefer, I Intend, I Would Love, I Welcome, I Am Ready For, I Am Open To, It Would Feel Good To and I Look Forward To.
  2. To use your own words, choose Add custom phrase, type them into the “Starting phrase” field and tap Use phrase.
  3. Type your first want in the “Entry text” field at the bottom of the screen. The label above it shows which row you are on, such as “Entry 1”.
  4. Tap Save Row. The want is added to the list and a new row opens. Save Row stays unavailable while the field is empty.
  5. Repeat for each want. Tap any row in the list to edit it, and use Clear Row to remove the row you are on.
  6. When you are done, tap Save. To start over, tap Clear. The app asks “Clear all entries?” and you can choose Yes or Cancel.

If you tap Save with no rows filled in, the app tells you to enter text on at least one row first. After a successful save you see a celebration message.

Example

Keep the starting phrase as “I Want…” and add three rows: “a calm, bright home office”, “a morning walk by the water most days” and “more time with people I love”. Tap Save Row after each one, then tap Save.

Tips

  • Don’t judge your wants. Big or small, physical or emotional, write them as they come to you.
  • Swipe the tip cards at the top when you are stuck. They ask things like “Is there a view you’d love to wake up to each morning?”
  • Write from positive anticipation. If a want feels heavy or only highlights what is missing, the info screen suggests softening first with a gentler process and coming back later.
  • Review your lists now and then. The info screen says you may be surprised by how many wants have manifested.

Where your entries go

Saved lists are kept in your account. Open the Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, choose By Tool and tap the Daily Wants card. “Daily Wants History” lists your lists by date, with the first want as a preview. Tap one to open it as “Edit Journal”, where you can change the starting phrase or any want, then tap Save.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

Daily Routines and Reminders for Android

Daily routines and reminders help you turn Law of Attraction Toolbox into a habit. This manifestation app for Android lets you build your own routine from the games and tools you already use, give it a reminder time, and tick items off each day. This guide covers daily routines on Android, plus the daily reminder you can set for the whole app.

What you can do with routines and reminders

  • Create routines from games and tools, and put the items in your order.
  • Set an optional daily reminder time for each routine.
  • Tick items off each day and watch the progress bar fill.
  • See your recent routine completions.
  • Turn the app’s daily reminder on or off and choose its time.

Create a daily routine on Android

  1. Open the Journey tab and tap “Daily Routines”.
  2. Tap the plus button at the bottom right (“Add routine”). If you have no routines yet, the screen says “No routines yet”.
  3. Under “Routine Details”, type a “Routine name”.
  4. Leave “Active” on to keep the routine running. Switch on “Set daily reminder” if you want a nudge, then tap “Reminder time” and choose a time.
  5. Under “Routine Items”, tap “Add Item”. Pick from the “Games” and “Tools” lists, using “Search games and tools” if you like. Tap an item to select it again to remove it.
  6. Drag items by their handles to reorder them, then tap “Save” at the top right.

A routine needs a name and at least one item before “Save” is available. To change a routine later, tap the pencil icon on its card. The edit screen also has “Delete Routine”, which asks you to confirm.

Use a routine each day

Each routine card shows its name, “Reminder:” with the time or “No reminder set”, an on and off switch, and “x of y completed” with a progress bar. Tick the box beside each item as you finish it. Ticks reset each day. A routine’s reminder arrives as a notification titled “Daily Routine Reminder” that says “Time for:” and the routine name. Switch a routine off with its switch when you need a break.

When you tick every item, the routine is added to “Recent completions” at the top of the list, with a line such as “Morning: 3/3 completed on Oct 14, 8:30 AM”. The five most recent are shown.

Set the daily reminder

There are two places to find the app’s daily reminder:

  • Open the Journey tab and tap “Reminders”. On “Journey Reminders”, switch on “Daily Reminder” (“Get a daily nudge to stay aligned with your practice.”) and tap “Reminder Time” to choose when.
  • Open Settings and look under “Reminders” for “Daily Reminder” and “Reminder Time”. It is the same reminder. See the Settings guide.

When you switch it on, Android may ask you to allow notifications. It may also show “Exact Alarm Permission Needed” with an “Open Settings” button, where you turn on “Allow setting alarms and reminders” for the app so reminders arrive at the time you chose. The Journey Reminders screen notes that visualisation scene reminders are managed per scene, and the Daily Check-In has its own reminder, covered in the Daily Check-In guide.

Tips

  • Start with a short routine of two or three items.
  • Match the reminder time to a time of day you already set aside.
  • Use “Active” to pause a routine instead of deleting it. The trash icon on a routine card removes it straight away.

The Daily Gratitude list is the app’s version of the gratitude list from Rhonda Byrne’s book The Magic. Each day you write the things you appreciate and, if you like, why. It is for anyone who wants a simple daily gratitude habit in a manifestation app for Android.

What is the Magic gratitude list?

The Magic gratitude list is a short written practice. You list things you are grateful for, often ten of them, and put a reason next to each one. The app’s info screen says to be genuinely grateful for each item and use the Why? field to explain briefly why, which deepens the feeling and enhances the practice.

What you can do with Daily Gratitude

  • Write as many gratitude rows as you like, each with an optional “why”.
  • Browse tip cards with questions to spark ideas.
  • Tap a row to go back and edit it before you save.
  • Look back at past lists by date and edit them later.

The Magic gratitude list app for Android: how to write your list

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Daily Gratitude. The screen is titled “Daily Gratitude List”.
  2. At the bottom, the entry box is labelled “Entry 1”. Type what you appreciate in the first field, which says “I appreciate / I am grateful for…”.
  3. In the second field, “Why? (optional)”, add the reason.
  4. Tap Save Row. Your row appears in the list above and the box moves on to “Entry 2”.
  5. Repeat for each item. Made a mistake? Tap a row in the list to load it back into the box, change it, and tap Save Row again. Clear Row removes the row you are working on.
  6. When your list is ready, tap Save at the bottom of the screen. A celebration screen appears, and closing it takes you back.

Until you add a row, the page reads “Enter text in the fields at the bottom of the page”. If you tap Save with no rows filled in, a message says “No valid entries found. Please enter text on at least 1 row before saving.” The Clear button next to Save asks “Are you sure you want to clear all entries?” before wiping the page.

Example

Entry 1: “My morning coffee.” Why: “It gives me a quiet ten minutes before the day starts.” Entry 2: “My sister’s phone call.” Why: “It made me laugh and reminded me I am supported.” Tap Save Row after each, then Save when you are done.

Tips

  • Use the tip cards for ideas. They ask things like “Who is someone in your life you’re grateful for and why?” and “What’s a small thing in your daily life that brings you joy?”
  • Be specific. Instead of “my family,” you could write “the way my partner smiled at me this morning.”
  • Feel the gratitude as you write rather than just going through the motions.
  • If gratitude feels forced today, the app suggests using a gentler tool such as a meditation first and coming back when appreciation is genuinely findable.

Where your entries go

Each time you tap Save, the page is stored as one dated list in your account. To find it, open the Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, choose the By Tool view and tap Daily Gratitude. The “Daily Gratitude History” screen lists your past pages by date, with the first entry of each as a preview. Tap one to open it as “Edit Journal”, change your rows and save again. If you sign up for an account, your saved lists can sync across your devices.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

The iPhone and iPad version has its own screens, so see the Daily Gratitude List guide for iPhone and iPad.
