Empowering Questions App for Android: Daily Prompts

Empowering Questions is a simple tool in the Law of Attraction Toolbox manifestation app. It shows you one question at a time, so you can ask yourself something better than whatever your mind is already chewing on. It suits anyone who wants a quick way to nudge their thinking in a more positive direction, and it is a handy empowering questions app for Android when you only have a minute.

What are empowering questions?

Empowering questions point your attention toward solutions, appreciation and what you want, instead of toward the problem. The app’s info screen explains that asking them helps shift your mindset from problem-focused to solution-focused, which matters in manifesting because solutions sit on higher vibrations than problems.

The idea is to answer in ways that make you feel empowered and positive, then come back to the questions through the day. For help building a daily habit, see A 10-Minute Daily Manifestation Routine.

What you can do with Empowering Questions

  • Read one empowering question at a time in large, easy-to-read text
  • Move to the next question, go back to the previous one or jump to a random one
  • See where you are in the set, shown as “Question 12 of 83”
  • Open the info screen for the app’s own guidance

How to use Empowering Questions on Android

  1. Open the Tools tab and tap Empowering Questions (“Powerful questions to shift your focus”).
  2. The screen opens on a question. Read it and take a moment to think about your answer.
  3. Answer in a way that makes you feel empowered and positive.
  4. Tap Next Question to move on, Previous to go back, or Random to jump to any question.
  5. Tap the info icon at the top right any time to read the full explanation, and the back arrow when you are finished.

The set has 83 questions. When you reach the end, Next Question starts again from the beginning. Each time you tap Next Question, the app records that you used Empowering Questions in your Activity Log.

Example

Say the screen asks “How can I feel happy right now?” Pause and answer it honestly: “I can step outside for five minutes, play a song I love and message a friend.” Then tap Next Question. The next one might be “What am I grateful for in my life?” and you can answer that in your head too.

Tips

  • Revisit the screen a few times a day. The app suggests reflecting on different empowering questions throughout the day.
  • These questions are most useful when you feel stuck or focused on negativity, because they show you there are other things outside your current stuck energy.
  • They do need your mind to have some energy to work with. The info screen says that if you are at the very bottom of the emotional scale, open questions will feel out of reach, and a Guided Meditation or the Meditation Timer is the kinder place to start.
  • If a question does not suit you, tap Random or Next Question. Any question is fine to skip.

Where your activity goes

Empowering Questions does not have a notes box, so your answers stay with you. The app does log your use of the tool. Open the Journey tab and tap Activity Log to see your daily activities.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

The iPhone and iPad version works a little differently, so see the iPhone and iPad Empowering Questions guide.

Daily Check-In App for Android and Mood History

The Daily Check-In is a short, two-step routine in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app for Android. You pick the feeling closest to where you are right now, then take a quiet look back at yesterday. This daily check-in app for Android saves your starting emotion so you can see later how your mood shifts, and you can follow it with the 369 Method if you like.

What you can do with the Daily Check-In

  • Choose your starting emotion from the Emotional Scale.
  • Answer three optional reflection questions about yesterday.
  • Move straight on to the 369 Method, or save and close.
  • Turn on an optional daily reminder.
  • Review past check-ins in Daily Practice History and Mood History.

How to do your Daily Check-In on Android

Open the Today tab and tap the “Daily Check-In” card, which says “Notice how you feel and learn from yesterday”.

  1. On “Step 1 of 2”, under “How are you feeling?”, tap the feeling closest to where you are right now. Nothing is chosen for you, and “Continue” stays dimmed until you pick one.
  2. Tap “Continue”.
  3. On “Step 2 of 2”, under “Learning from yesterday”, answer any of the optional questions: “What drained your energy yesterday?”, “What did you do well yesterday?” and “Did you notice a limiting belief yesterday? If so, what was it?”. Skip any you do not want to answer.
  4. Tap “Save & Close” to finish, or tap “Move on to the 369 Method” to save the check-in and open the 369 Method.

Tap “Previous” on the second step to change your feeling.

Set a Daily Check-In reminder

At the top right of the check-in, tap the bell icon to open “Daily Check-In Reminder”. Switch on “Daily Check-In” (“A daily reminder to notice how you feel and reflect.”), then tap “Reminder Time” to choose when. The reminder is off until you turn it on. Android may ask you to allow notifications, and for exact alarms it shows an “Exact Alarm Permission Needed” message with an “Open Settings” button. See the daily routines and reminders guide.

Where your entries go

  • Daily Practice History: tap the clock icon at the top right of the check-in, or open the Journey tab and tap “Daily Practice”. Each day shows “Daily Check-In”, “369 Method” or both. Tap a day to expand your “Starting emotion”, “What drained your energy”, “What you did well” and “Limiting belief noticed”. The Daily Check-In and the 369 Method share one record for each day.
  • Mood History: open the Journey tab and tap “Mood History”. Each card shows where the mood came from, such as “Daily Check-In”, the date, and “Before:” with your emotion.
  • Saved Entries: in Saved Entries, the “Mood” view shows a chart with “Week”, “Month”, “3 Months” and “Year” ranges, a summary and a “See full Mood History” link.

Log how you feel after a process

When you finish some games and tools, the celebration screen offers “Log How You Feel Now”. Tap it, choose the feeling closest to where you are after the process, and tap “Save Mood”. If you did a Daily Check-In within the last 24 hours, the app pairs the two. The celebration screen shows a line such as “You moved 2 positions up.”, and Mood History shows “After:” and “Moved 2 positions up”. If there is nothing to pair with, the mood is saved as “After a Process”. Tap “Not Now” if you would rather skip it.

Tips

  • There is no right or wrong feeling to choose, and you do not need to pick a more positive one.
  • Use the Emotional Scale when you want to explore a feeling further.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

These steps are for Android. For the iPhone and iPad version, see the Daily Check-In guide for iPhone and iPad.

Clarity Through Contrast Worksheet App for Android

Clarity Through Contrast is a game in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app, that works like a clarity through contrast worksheet app for Android. It turns what you do not want into a clear picture of what you do want: for each thing that bothers you, you write the unwanted side and immediately restate it as the wanted side. It is for anyone feeling frustrated, disappointed or overwhelmed.

What is Clarity Through Contrast?

Abraham-Hicks teaches that contrast is not a mistake. It is step one of every creation, because knowing what you do not want instantly clarifies what you do want. This process uses a worksheet-style layout, pairing each unwanted thing with its flip side, so the contrast becomes useful clarity instead of something to suppress. For background, see Who Is Abraham-Hicks? Core Teachings + 5 Practices.

What you can do with Clarity Through Contrast

  • Optionally name the situation you are working on.
  • Write as many pairs as you like: “What I don’t want” and “What I want instead”.
  • Save the whole exercise and read it again later.
  • Reopen a saved exercise to change the text or add more pairs.

How to do Clarity Through Contrast on Android

  1. Tap the Games tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Clarity Through Contrast.
  2. Optionally type the situation in the field that reads “What’s the situation? (optional)”.
  3. In the first “Clarity Pair 1” card, write one thing you do not want in the box labeled “What I don’t want”. The prompt reads “I don’t want…”.
  4. Below the arrow, in the box labeled “What I want instead”, write the flip side. The prompt reads “I want instead…”.
  5. As soon as you start typing in the last pair’s “What I don’t want” box, a fresh pair appears below it. Keep going until you have emptied out the contrast.
  6. Tap Save at the bottom. A celebration screen appears when it is saved. Tap Clear if you want to start over; the app asks “Clear all entries?” first.

To save, you need at least one thing in a “What I don’t want” box. Otherwise a message asks you to write at least one thing you don’t want before saving.

Example

Situation: “Work this week”. Pair 1: “I don’t want to feel buried in emails” becomes “I want a calm inbox I can clear in an hour”. Pair 2: “I don’t want to be interrupted all day” becomes “I want long stretches of focused time”. Pair 3: “I don’t want to dread Mondays” becomes “I want to start the week feeling ready”.

Tips

  • Clarity Through Contrast works best from frustration, disappointment or overwhelm. You need just enough stability to name what is wrong.
  • Once your list is done, put your attention on the “What I want instead” side only.
  • If a want still feels out of reach, soften it. The app’s own tip says “I want to feel a little better about this” counts.
  • Tap the information icon in the top bar for the app’s how-to text.

Where your entries go

Each saved exercise is stored in your account, so it can sync across your devices. To find it, open the Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, choose By Tool, and tap Clarity Through Contrast. Each card shows the date, the situation name if you gave one, and a short preview of your first pair. Tap a card to reopen the exercise on a screen titled “Edit Entry”. Change any text, write in the empty pair waiting at the bottom to add another, and tap Save again.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

This guide covers the Android app. If you use an iPhone or iPad, read the iOS version of the Clarity Through Contrast guide instead.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a clarity through contrast worksheet in the Android app?

Yes. The Clarity Through Contrast game works like a worksheet: each pair has a “What I don’t want” box and a “What I want instead” box, and you can save the whole exercise.

How is Clarity Through Contrast different from Pivoting?

Pivoting is one turn: you state one unwanted thing and pivot to what you want. Clarity Through Contrast lets you build a list of pairs about one situation, so you end with a fuller picture of what you want.

Do I have to fill in the situation name?

No. The situation field is marked optional.

Can I add more pairs after saving?

Yes. Open the saved exercise from Saved Entries, write in the empty pair at the bottom, and tap Save again.

Better Feeling Story Abraham Hicks App for Android

Better-Feeling Story is a game in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app, and a better feeling story Abraham Hicks app for Android. You tell a story as you have been telling it, then deliberately retell it, reaching for a little relief with each sentence. It is for anyone stuck in an old story about money, their body or their relationships.

What is the better feeling story process?

The story you habitually tell about any subject is a point of attraction for more of the same. This process has you tell the old story once, honestly, and then tell it again in a slightly better-feeling way. You are not asked for a perfect story, only one that feels a bit better than the last telling. In Abraham-Hicks teaching this is often called telling a new story. See Who Is Abraham-Hicks? Core Teachings + 5 Practices for the wider context.

What you can do with Better-Feeling Story

  • Name what the story is about, if you like.
  • Write the old story without holding back.
  • Retell it with wording that feels a little better.
  • Peek at the old story while you write the new one.
  • Save your retelling, with the old story kept alongside it.

How to tell a better-feeling story on Android

  1. Tap the Games tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap Better-Feeling Story.
  2. Optionally fill in “What’s the story about? (optional)”.
  3. Under “Tell the story as you’ve been telling it”, write the old story. The prompt reads “The way it’s been…”. The screen says to be honest and get it all out, with no reaching yet.
  4. Tap Retell It. If the box is empty, a message asks you to tell the story first.
  5. Under “Now tell it again”, write the same story in a better-feeling way. The prompt reads “The way I’d rather tell it…”. Reach for a little relief with each sentence.
  6. Tap “Peek at the old story” if you want to see your first version, and “Hide the old story” to close it.
  7. Tap Save. A celebration screen appears. Tap Back first if you want to change the old story.

To save, the retelling box needs some text. Otherwise a message asks you to write your better-feeling retelling before saving.

Example

Subject: “My health”. Old story: “My body is always tired and I never have the energy to do what I want.” Retell it: “I am noticing I have more energy in the mornings. Parts of my day already feel easier. I am getting better at listening to what my body needs.”

Tips

  • Better-Feeling Story suits disappointment, blame, worry and doubt, where your mind is busy telling the old story anyway.
  • Small reaches beat big leaps. A retelling that is only a bit lighter and fully believable is better than a glowing story you do not buy.
  • Soft phrases help, such as “It’s getting easier…”, “I’m starting to notice…” and “Parts of this are already fine…”.
  • Re-read your saved better-feeling stories from time to time so they become your new habit of thought.

Where your entries go

Saved stories are stored in your account, so they can sync across your devices. Open the Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, choose By Tool, and tap Better-Feeling Story. Each card shows the date, the subject if you gave one, and a preview of your retelling. Tap a card to open “Edit Story” on the retelling page. Tap “Peek at the old story” to see the original, change either version, and tap Save.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

This guide covers the Android app. If you use an iPhone or iPad, read the iOS version of the Better-Feeling Story guide instead.

Abraham Hicks Appreciation Game App for Android

The Appreciation Game is a quick, prompt-by-prompt practice in this manifestation app for Android. Each card asks you to think about something in your life and feel appreciation for it. It is for anyone who wants a short, no-typing way to raise their mood, whether or not they know the Abraham Hicks appreciation game by name.

What is the Appreciation Game?

The app’s info screen describes it simply: take a moment to appreciate the subject of each prompt, and fully allow yourself to appreciate it. It also points to Abraham-Hicks’ teaching that like attracts like, so the more you appreciate, the more you find to appreciate. The game can be played really quickly.

New to the idea? Gratitude and the Law of Attraction: The Fastest Shortcut explains why appreciation matters.

What you can do with the Appreciation Game

  • Work through a series of appreciation prompts, one at a time.
  • Go forward with Next or back with Previous.
  • Feel the appreciation in your own time, with nothing to type.
  • Open the info screen for the purpose, how-to and tips.

The Abraham Hicks appreciation game on Android: how to play

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Appreciation Game.
  2. Read the top half of the screen. It sets a scene, for example “Think about the clean and fresh water that is readily available to you at any time.”
  3. Read the bottom half, below the dividing line. It tells you what to do next, such as saying thank you and feeling appreciation.
  4. Pause and let yourself feel it for as long as you like.
  5. Tap Next for the next prompt. Tap Previous if you want to go back to one you just had.

The info icon at the top right opens the Appreciation Game info screen. When you reach the last prompt, tapping Next starts the list again from the first.

What the prompts cover

The prompts reach across everyday life. Some ask you to appreciate things you may take for granted, such as the road network, clean water or the technology that makes life easier. Others ask you to appreciate people and relationships, like mentors, healthcare workers or the animals and pets who have brought you joy. Because each one is short, you can play a handful between other things in your day, or keep going while the good feeling builds.

Example

A prompt asks you to think about the animals and pets that have brought joy, companionship and love into your life. The instruction below asks you to feel appreciation for the special bond you share with them. You picture a pet curled up beside you, say thank you, and stay with the warm feeling for a minute. Then you tap Next.

Tips

  • Try playing in the morning to start your day on a positive note.
  • Take a moment on each prompt. Fully allow yourself to appreciate it.
  • Play while you are already feeling okay. If your mood is low, it takes more effort to raise it, so a gentler tool such as a meditation can be a better start.
  • Keep it short. The game is quick, so a few prompts are enough.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

The iPhone and iPad version has a few extras, so see the Appreciation Game guide for iPhone and iPad.

Affirmation App for Android: Daily Reminders

Looking for an affirmation app for Android that reminds you at the times you choose instead of leaving you to remember? Affirmations in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app for Android, lets you browse a curated library, write your own, set notification reminders and play your collection full screen. It is for anyone who wants a simple daily affirmation habit on their phone.

What you can do with Affirmations

  • Browse 720 curated affirmations, with search and category filters.
  • Save the ones you like to My Affirmations, or write your own (up to 300 characters, with an optional tag).
  • Add one or more reminders to any affirmation. Each reminder arrives as a notification at the time and on the days you pick.
  • Play your affirmations full screen, one at a time, in random order, with optional auto-advance.

Find affirmations in Browse

Open the Tools tab and tap Affirmations. At the top are two tabs: My Affirmations and Browse.

  1. Tap Browse to see the curated list. A line under the filters shows how many affirmations match.
  2. Type in the Search affirmations… box, or tap a category chip such as Wealth & Money, Self-Love, Relationships, Mindset or Happiness to narrow the list. All clears the filter.
  3. Tap the plus icon on a row to add it to My Affirmations. The icon changes to a check mark once it is saved.
  4. Not for you? Tap the eye icon on a row to hide it. When you have hidden at least one, an eye icon appears at the top of the Browse tab that opens Hidden Affirmations, where you can unhide them again.

On the Today tab, the heart icon in the Today’s Affirmation section saves that affirmation to My Affirmations.

Choose your affirmation categories

The first time you open Affirmations, a Personalise Your Affirmations window asks which categories matter to you. You can change it later by tapping the gear icon (Category settings) at the top of the screen. It has a switch for Career, Business and Manifesting SP (Specific Person). Hidden categories do not appear in your daily affirmation or in Browse, so if you cannot find one you expect, check these switches.

Write your own affirmation

  1. On the My Affirmations tab, tap the plus icon at the top (Add affirmation). If your list is empty, tap Write Your Own instead.
  2. In the Add Affirmation window, type into the Your Affirmation box. The hint reads “I am…” and a counter shows how close you are to 300 characters.
  3. Optionally tap a tag chip to label it, then tap Save.

Each saved affirmation is a card. Tap the text to edit it, tap the bell for reminders, tap the trash icon to delete it, and press and hold the drag handle to reorder your list.

Set affirmation reminders on Android

Reminders are notifications, so the app needs permission to send them. If it does not have it yet, the reminder screen shows an Enable Notifications button.

  1. On the card for the affirmation you want, tap the bell. The Affirmation Reminders screen opens.
  2. Tap Add Reminder.
  3. Set the time on the clock (24-hour format).
  4. Under Repeat, choose Daily, Weekdays only or Custom days. With Custom days, tap the day letters (S M T W T F S) you want.
  5. Tap Save. The reminder is listed with its time and days.

You can add several reminders to one affirmation to spread it through the day. Each has an on/off switch, an edit icon and a delete icon. The notification is titled “Affirmation Reminder” and shows your affirmation text.

Play your affirmations

  1. Tap the Play Affirmations button at the bottom of the Affirmations screen.
  2. Choose a Source: My Affirmations or All Curated.
  3. Under How Many, pick 5, 10, 15, 20 or All (the options depend on how many you have). They play in random order.
  4. Switch on Auto-Advance to move on by itself, and set a gap of 3 to 60 seconds with the slider.
  5. Tap Play.

Each affirmation fills the screen. Swipe, or tap the sides, to move between them. With Auto-Advance on, a tap pauses and resumes. The screen stays awake while it plays, and “Affirmations Complete” appears at the end.

Tips

  • Start with a handful of affirmations that feel believable rather than saving hundreds.
  • If a curated affirmation is close but not quite right, write your own version in your own words.

Where your entries go

Your saved affirmations are stored in your account, so when you sign up for an account in the app, they can sync across your devices. Reminders are saved on the device where you set them, so set them again on a new phone.

Using an iPhone or iPad?

68 Second Timer Abraham Hicks App for Android

Looking for a 68 second timer Abraham Hicks app for Android? The Abe 68-Second Timer in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app for Android, is a simple focus timer. You start it, hold one desire or good-feeling thought in mind while a ring counts down 68 seconds, and a sound and celebration let you know when you are done.

What is the 68-second rule?

The 68 second rule comes from the teachings of Abraham-Hicks. The idea is that when you focus on a desire or a good-feeling thought for 68 seconds without letting it drift, your vibrational momentum begins to build and takes you a step closer to what you want. The app’s own info screen quotes Abraham-Hicks as saying that 68 seconds of pure thought is the equivalent of 2,000 hours of action.

To read more about the technique, see the 68-second manifestation technique explained.

What you can do with the 68-Second Timer

  • Run a 68 second focus session with a circular progress ring.
  • Watch the seconds count down so you can stay with your thought.
  • Cancel or restart at any time.
  • Hear a completion sound and feel a celebration when the timer ends, or mute the sound.
  • Read the tool’s built-in explanation with the info icon.

How to open the 68-second timer on Android

  1. Tap the Tools tab.
  2. Tap Abe 68-Second Timer. Its description reads “Focus on your desire for 68 seconds”.

The screen is titled Abe 68-Second Timer. At the top it reads “Inspired by the teachings of Abraham-Hicks”, followed by a short explanation of the idea.

How to use the 68 second timer

  1. Choose a desire or a good-feeling thought. It could be a goal from your Manifestation Goals, or simply something that feels good right now.
  2. Tap Start Timer. The ring fills and the center shows the seconds remaining, such as “40 seconds”.
  3. For the full 68 seconds, keep your attention on the thought and try to hold the positive emotion.
  4. If your mind wanders, bring it back and keep going. To stop, tap Cancel Timer. The ring resets.
  5. To start over from the beginning, tap Restart Timer.
  6. When the ring is full, the center shows “Timer Complete”. A completion sound plays and a celebration pop-up appears. Dismissing it takes you back to the previous screen.

Sound and info

  • The speaker icon at the top right turns the completion sound off and on.
  • The info icon opens the tool’s built-in explanation, 68-Second Timer, with its purpose, how to use it and a bonus tip.

Example

Before a big meeting, open the timer and think about walking in feeling calm and prepared. Tap Start Timer and, for 68 seconds, picture the room, the people and how confident you feel. When “Timer Complete” appears, take a breath and carry that feeling in with you.

Tips

  • Set the timer and focus intently on one desire or good-feeling thought for the whole 68 seconds, as the info screen suggests.
  • Try to keep the positive emotion going for the entire duration.
  • Pick thoughts that feel good and believable. Your desire should lift your mood, not make you feel worse.
  • Use a spare minute, such as before you start your day.
  • Want longer sessions on a specific scene? Visualization Scenes offers 3 and 5 minute options as well.

369 Method App for Android: Classic vs In-App

The 369 method is a popular manifestation routine, and the 369 Method in Law of Attraction Toolbox uses the same three numbers in a different way. This 369 method app guide for Android explains the classic method first, then shows how the 369 Method works in this manifestation app: three intentions, six wishes beyond yourself and nine gratitudes, saved to your account.

What is the classic 369 method?

The widely known 369 method is a writing routine. You choose one desire, write it as a present-tense affirmation, and write that same sentence 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times at night. Many people keep it up for 33 or 45 days. For the full walkthrough, read How to Do the 369 Method (Step-by-Step), and see 369 Method Examples for sample affirmations.

How the app’s 369 Method is different

The app’s 369 Method is its own take on the same numbers. It is a single guided session, not a three-times-a-day schedule, and it asks for different things:

  • Classic method: one desire, written as the same affirmation 3, 6 and 9 times across the day, repeated for many days.
  • The app’s 369 Method: 3 intentions for today, 6 wishes for someone or something beyond yourself, and 9 things you are grateful for, all in one practice.

Neither is a replacement for the other. They are two ways to work with 3, 6 and 9, and the rest of this page covers the in-app version.

What you can do with the 369 Method

  • Work through intentions, wishes and gratitudes one step at a time with a progress bar
  • Start a practice from the Games tab, or move on to it straight after a Daily Check-In
  • Save your practice for the day and read it again later

How to do the 369 method in the app on Android

Open the Games tab and tap the 369 Method tile. The top of the screen shows “Step 1 of 3” with a progress bar.

  1. Set three intentions for today. The app describes this step as focusing your energy on what you prefer today. Fill in the three fields labeled “1. Intention”, “2. Intention” and “3. Intention”. Tap Continue.
  2. Six wishes beyond yourself. Write six wishes for people, animals, communities, organizations, nature, the weather, or anything else beyond yourself. As you write, imagine sending warm, positive energy. The fields are labeled “1. Wish” to “6. Wish”. Tap Continue.
  3. Write down nine things you are grateful for. Fill in the fields labeled “1. I am grateful for” to “9. I am grateful for”. The app describes gratitude as putting you in receiving mode. Tap Finish.

Continue and Finish stay unavailable until every field in the current step has text. Use Previous to return to an earlier step. When you finish, a “369 Method Complete” celebration appears.

Example

Intention: “I intend to stay patient in my meetings.” Wish: “I wish my neighbor a calm, restful week.” Gratitude: “I am grateful for the quiet first coffee this morning.” Write three intentions, six wishes and nine gratitudes in this style and tap Finish.

Tips

  • The Android 369 Method keeps one record for each day. If you leave part way through and come back the same day, the steps you already continued past are still there.
  • Simple, sincere wishes and small things you appreciate count.
  • Let the wishes be about other people, animals, nature or your community, and picture warm energy going toward them.
  • If you prefer the classic method, you can keep your affirmation in Affirmations and write or say the repetitions yourself.

Where your entries go

Each finished practice is saved to your account under that day’s date. To read it, tap the clock icon at the top of the 369 Method screen, or open the Journey tab and tap Daily Practice. You can also reach it from Saved Entries > By Tool > Daily Check-In & 369 Method. The “Daily Practice History” screen shows one card per day, labeled “369 Method” (or “Daily Check-In + 369 Method” if you did both). Tap a card to expand it and see your intentions, your “Six wishes beyond yourself” and your “Nine things I was grateful for”. Until you finish one, the screen says “Your completed Daily Check-Ins and 369 Method entries will appear here.”

Do the 369 Method after a Daily Check-In

The Daily Check-In on the Today tab ends with a button labeled “Move on to the 369 Method”. It saves your check-in and opens the 369 Method for you.

Frequently asked questions

Is the app’s 369 Method the same as the classic 369 method?

No. The classic method repeats one affirmation 3, 6 and 9 times across a day. The app’s 369 Method is a different practice built on the same numbers: three intentions, six wishes beyond yourself and nine gratitudes in one session.

Can I do the classic 369 method in the app?

The app does not have a mode that counts 3, 6 and 9 repetitions of one affirmation. You can keep your affirmation in Affirmations, but you write or say the repetitions yourself.

Is there a 369 method app with a journal on Android?

Yes. Every finished 369 Method is saved to your account and appears in Daily Practice History, so you can look back at earlier days.

Do I need a separate 369 method notes app?

Not for the in-app practice. The writing fields, saving and history are all built in.
