Goal Statement Manifestation: The Goal Attractor

The Goal Attractor is a guided focus game in Law of Attraction Toolbox built around a goal statement. You choose a present tense goal statement, tap Start, and spend 68 seconds repeating it while an animated circle guides your breathing. It is for anyone who wants a short, structured way to put goal statement manifestation into practice, and it works as a manifestation app exercise you can do anywhere.

What is a goal statement?

A goal statement is a sentence that states your goal as though it has already happened. The app asks for it in the present tense. Its own example: if your desire is to weigh 150 pounds, you would write “I weigh 150 pounds”. The Goal Attractor then helps you hold your attention on that statement for a set time while you imagine it is true.

For the bigger picture of how to set goals and work toward them, see How to Manifest Anything: The Outcome Guide.

What you can do with the Goal Attractor

  • Pick a goal statement from your Manifestation Goals, or write a one-time statement
  • Preview the image attached to a goal with the “Show Goal Image” button
  • Follow a 68-second timer with guided breathing prompts
  • Keep the breathing guide going after the timer ends
  • Turn the completion sound on or off

How to use the Goal Attractor

Open the Games tab and tap the Goal Attractor tile.

  1. Tap the middle of the circle, which reads “Tap Here to Choose Goal”.
  2. To write your own, type in the “Write statement in present tense” field, then tap Done. To use one you have already saved, tap it under “Choose a statement from one of your Manifestation Goals”. If you have none yet, the screen explains how to add one.
  3. Back on the main screen, your statement sits in the circle under “Repeat to yourself:”. Read the guidance and imagine the statement is true now. If your goal has an image, tap Show Goal Image to look at it.
  4. Tap Start. If you have not chosen a statement, the app asks you to “Please choose a statement before starting the timer.”
  5. Follow the on-screen words, “Breathe In” and “Breathe Out”, as the circle expands and shrinks, and repeat your statement while believing it is already true. “YES, YES, YES!” appears in the circle during part of the cycle.
  6. A counter shows the seconds from 68 as it runs. Tap Stop to pause it or Reset to start over.

When the timer reaches the end, the screen shows “Complete”. The guided breathing carries on afterward so you can keep building your focus and feeling for as long as you like.

How to add goal statements to your goals

The statements in the list come from your Manifestation Goals. To add one, open a goal to edit it, write a goal statement and save the goal. Next time you open the Goal Attractor, it appears in the list.

Example

If you want a new home office, you might write: “I work from my bright, quiet home office.” Tap Start, repeat the sentence on each breath, and picture the desk, the light and how it feels to sit there.

Tips

  • Involve as many senses as you can when you imagine the desire is yours.
  • Use it when you already feel good about the goal. Focusing from doubt or discouragement tends to highlight the absence of the desire.
  • If the goal feels heavy, raise your state first with a gentler process and come back.
  • Attach an image to your goal so you can preview it with Show Goal Image.

Daily Routines and Reminders in the Manifestation App

Daily Routines and Reminders help you turn Law of Attraction Toolbox into a habit. This manifestation app lets you build your own routine from the games and tools you already use, set a reminder for it, and tick items off each day. You can also set reminders for individual games, tools and more. This guide covers both.

What you can do with routines and reminders

  • Create routines from games and tools, and put the items in your order.
  • Set an optional daily reminder time for each routine.
  • Tick items off each day and add notes or an intention.
  • Review completed routines in Routine History.
  • Manage all your reminders in one list.

Create a daily routine

  1. Open My Journey and tap “Daily Routines”. You can also tap “Add First Routine” or “See All” in the Daily Routines section of the Today tab.
  2. Tap “Create Routine” if you have none yet, or the plus button at the top right. If asked, allow notifications so routine reminders can reach you.
  3. Enter a “Routine Name”.
  4. Switch “Set Daily Reminder” on and choose a “Reminder Time” if you want a nudge. “Active” is the switch that turns the routine on or off.
  5. Under “Routine Items”, tap “Add Item”. Choose from the “Games” and “Tools” lists, search if you like, then tap “Done”.
  6. Drag items to reorder them, then tap “Save”.

A routine needs a name and at least one item before you can save it. To change it later, open the routine and tap “Edit”. The edit form also has “Delete Routine”.

Use a routine each day

Open a routine to see “Today” with the date, a progress bar and “x/y Completed”. Tap an item to open that game or tool, or tick its box to mark it done. Items that you finish from inside a routine are marked complete for you. Tap “Reset” to clear today’s ticks. There is also a “Notes / Intention for Routine” box. Completion resets on a new day. When you finish every item, the routine is recorded in Routine History. Tap the chart icon at the top right of the Daily Routines list to open it and filter by “Today”, “This Week”, “This Month” or “All Time”.

Set up reminders

There are three ways to reach reminders:

  • Tap the alarm icon at the top left of the Today tab.
  • Open Settings and, under “Schedule Reminders”, tap “Setup Daily Game Reminders”.
  • Open My Journey and tap “Reminders”.

The first two open a list in four groups: “App”, “Games & Processes”, “Tools” and “Daily Habits”. Each row has a switch, and a time picker once the switch is on. Rows that are off show an “Add” button. The first group’s “Reminder for App” nudges you to open the app each day.

The “Reminders” tile in My Journey shows everything you have set up in one place: “App & Games”, “Daily Routines”, “Affirmations”, “Visualization Scenes”, “Empowering Decisions” and “Turning It Over Check-Ins”. Change a time, switch a reminder off, or delete it. Deleting a reminder keeps the item it belonged to. If notifications are off in iOS Settings, a banner tells you and none of the reminders will be sent.

Tips

  • Start with a short routine of two or three items.
  • Match the reminder time to a time of day you already set aside.
  • Add Set Intention as the first item.
  • Turn off a routine with “Active” rather than deleting it when you need a break.

Daily Check-In and Mood History in the Manifestation App

The Daily Check-In is a short, two-step routine in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app for iPhone and iPad. You pick the feeling closest to where you are right now, then take a quiet look back at yesterday. Your starting emotion is saved so you can see later how your mood shifts, and you can follow the check-in with the 369 Method if you want to.

What you can do with the Daily Check-In

  • Choose your starting emotion from the Emotional Scale.
  • Answer three optional reflection questions about yesterday.
  • Continue straight into the 369 Method, or save and close.
  • Turn on an optional daily reminder.
  • Review past check-ins and your emotions over time in Mood History.

How to do your Daily Check-In

Open the Today tab and tap the “Daily Check-In” card, which says “Mood and reflection, followed by the optional 369 Method”. You can also open My Journey and tap “Daily Check-In”.

  1. On “Step 1 of 2”, under “How are you feeling?”, tap the feeling closest to where you are right now. Nothing is selected for you, and “Continue” stays dimmed until you choose one.
  2. Tap “Continue”.
  3. On “Step 2 of 2”, under “Learning from yesterday”, answer any of the optional prompts: “What drained your energy yesterday?”, “What did you do well yesterday?” and “Did you notice a limiting belief yesterday? If so, what was it?”. Skip any you do not want to answer.
  4. Tap “Save & Close” to finish with a “Daily Check-In Complete” celebration, or tap “Continue to 369 Method” to save the check-in and open the 369 Method.

Tap “Previous” on the second step to change your feeling. Your answers are saved only when you finish, so leaving early does not save a draft.

Set a daily reminder

The second step has a “Daily reminder” switch. It is off by default. Turn it on, allow notifications if asked, and choose a “Reminder time”. The same reminder appears as “Daily Check-In” in your reminders list. See the daily routines and reminders guide.

After you finish

Once you complete a check-in, the card is hidden on the Today tab for the rest of that day and comes back the next day.

Where your entries go

  • Daily Check-In History: tap the calendar icon at the top right of the check-in, or in Mood History. Each entry shows “Started at” your emotion and “Includes yesterday’s reflection” when you wrote one. Open an entry to see “Starting emotion” and “Looking back at yesterday”.
  • Mood History: tap the heart icon in the check-in, or open My Journey and tap “Mood History”. Each row shows an emotion, the date and where it came from, such as “Daily Check-In starting emotion”.
  • Saved Entries: the “Mood” view shows a chart with “Week”, “Month”, “3 Months” and “Year” ranges, a summary, and a “See full Mood History” link.

Log how you feel after a process

After you finish some processes, the celebration screen offers “Log How You Feel Now”. Tap it, choose the emotion closest to how you feel after the process, and tap “Save Emotion”. If you did a Daily Check-In earlier that day, Mood History pairs the two and shows “After:” with a line such as “Moved 2 positions up the scale”. If not, it is saved as “Logged after a process”.

Tips

  • There is no right or wrong feeling to choose, and you do not need to force a more positive one.
  • Each visit starts with a blank form.
  • Use the Emotional Scale when you want to explore a feeling further.
  • Check Mood History weekly to notice patterns.

Clarity Through Contrast Worksheet: Turn Wants Around

Clarity Through Contrast is a game in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app, that turns what you do not want into a clear picture of what you do want. For each thing that bothers you, you write the unwanted side and immediately restate it as the wanted side. It is for anyone feeling frustrated, disappointed or overwhelmed.

What is Clarity Through Contrast?

Abraham-Hicks teaches that contrast is not a mistake. It is step one of every creation, because knowing what you do not want instantly clarifies what you do want. This process uses a worksheet-style layout, pairing each unwanted thing with its flip side, so the contrast becomes useful clarity instead of something to suppress. For background, see Who Is Abraham-Hicks? Core Teachings + 5 Practices.

What you can do with Clarity Through Contrast

  • Optionally name the situation you are working on.
  • Write as many pairs as you like: “What I don’t want” and “What I want instead”.
  • Save the whole exercise and read it again later.
  • Add more pairs to a saved exercise, or edit it.

How to do Clarity Through Contrast

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Clarity Through Contrast.
  2. Optionally type the situation in the field that reads “What’s the situation? (optional)”.
  3. In the first “Clarity Pair 1” card, write one thing you do not want under “What I don’t want”. The prompt reads “I don’t want…”.
  4. Right below it, under “What I want instead”, write the flip side. The prompt reads “I want instead…”.
  5. When both boxes in a pair are filled, a new pair appears automatically. Keep going until you have emptied out the contrast.
  6. Tap Save. A celebration screen appears when it is saved. Tap Clear if you want to start over; the app asks “Clear all entries?” first.

To save, you need at least one thing in a “What I don’t want” box. Otherwise the app shows “No Entries” and asks you to write at least one thing you don’t want before saving.

Example

Situation: “Work this week”. Pair 1: “I don’t want to feel buried in emails” becomes “I want a calm inbox I can clear in an hour”. Pair 2: “I don’t want to be interrupted all day” becomes “I want long stretches of focused time”. Pair 3: “I don’t want to dread Mondays” becomes “I want to start the week feeling ready”.

Tips

  • Clarity Through Contrast works best from frustration, disappointment or overwhelm. You need just enough stability to name what is wrong.
  • Once your list is done, put your attention on the “What I want instead” side only.
  • If a want still feels out of reach, soften it. The app’s own tip says “I want to feel a little better about this” counts.
  • Tap the note icon at the top right to jot a quick note without leaving the exercise.

Where your entries go

Each saved exercise goes to a list titled “Clarity Through Contrast”. Open it from My Journey and then Saved Entries. Rows show the situation name if you gave one, otherwise the date. Swipe to delete, or tap Edit at the top right of the list. Open an exercise to read your pairs; tap Edit to change the text, and use the plus button to add another pair.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a clarity through contrast worksheet in the app?

Yes. The Clarity Through Contrast game works like a worksheet: each pair has a “What I don’t want” box and a “What I want instead” box, and you can save the whole exercise.

How is Clarity Through Contrast different from Pivoting?

Pivoting is one turn: you state one unwanted thing and pivot to what you want. Clarity Through Contrast lets you build a list of pairs about one situation, so you end with a fuller picture of what you want.

Do I have to fill in the situation name?

No. The situation field is marked optional. Saved exercises without one are listed by date.

Can I add more pairs after saving?

Yes. Open the saved exercise from Saved Entries and tap the plus button to add another pair, then save your edits.

Contrast is where clarity begins. Ready to try it? Download the manifestation app on the App Store and reach for a little relief today.

Better Feeling Story Abraham Hicks: Retell It in the App

Better-Feeling Story is a game in Law of Attraction Toolbox, a manifestation app, where you tell a story as you have been telling it, then deliberately retell it, reaching for a little relief with each sentence. It is for anyone stuck in an old story about money, their body or their relationships.

What is the better feeling story process?

The story you habitually tell about any subject is a point of attraction for more of the same. This process has you tell the old story once, honestly, and then tell it again in a slightly better-feeling way. You are not asked for a perfect story, only one that feels a bit better than the last telling. In Abraham-Hicks teaching this is often called telling a new story. See Who Is Abraham-Hicks? Core Teachings + 5 Practices for the wider context.

What you can do with Better-Feeling Story

  • Name what the story is about, if you like.
  • Write the old story without holding back.
  • Retell it with wording that feels a little better.
  • Peek at the old story while you write the new one.
  • Save both versions side by side.

How to tell a better-feeling story

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Better-Feeling Story.
  2. Optionally fill in “What’s the story about? (optional)”.
  3. Under “Tell the story as you’ve been telling it”, write the old story. The prompt reads “The way it’s been…”. The screen says to be honest and get it all out, with no reaching yet.
  4. Tap Retell It. If the box is empty, the app asks you to tell the story first.
  5. Under “Now tell it again”, write the same story in a better-feeling way. The prompt reads “The way I’d rather tell it…”. Reach for a little relief with each sentence.
  6. Tap “Peek at the old story” if you want to see your first version, and “Hide the old story” to close it.
  7. Tap Save. Tap Back first if you want to change the old story.

Example

Subject: “My health”. Old story: “My body is always tired and I never have the energy to do what I want.” Retell it: “I am noticing I have more energy in the mornings. Parts of my day already feel easier. I am getting better at listening to what my body needs.”

Tips

  • Better-Feeling Story suits disappointment, blame, worry and doubt, where your mind is busy telling the old story anyway.
  • Small reaches beat big leaps. A retelling that is only a bit lighter and fully believable is better than a glowing story you do not buy.
  • Soft phrases help, such as “It’s getting easier…”, “I’m starting to notice…” and “Parts of this are already fine…”.
  • Re-read your saved better-feeling stories from time to time so they become your new habit of thought.

Where your entries go

Saved stories are listed under “Better-Feeling Story” in My Journey and then Saved Entries, shown by subject or date. Open one to see “The old story” and “The better-feeling story” together, and tap Edit to change either. Swipe a row to delete it, or use Edit at the top right of the list.

Write the old story honestly first, then retell it sentence by sentence, choosing wording that feels slightly better each time. In the app, the Retell It button moves you from one page to the other.

Do I have to write the old story first?

Yes. The app asks you to tell the story as you have been telling it before you can move on to the retelling.

Can I see my old story while I write the new one?

Yes. Tap “Peek at the old story” on the second page and tap “Hide the old story” to close it.

Where can I read my stories again?

In My Journey, open Saved Entries and choose Better-Feeling Story. Each saved story shows the old telling and the new one.

68 Second Timer Abraham Hicks: Focus Timer

The Abraham 68-Second Timer is a simple focus timer in the Law of Attraction Toolbox manifestation app. It counts up to 68 seconds while you hold a single desire or good-feeling thought in mind. It is for anyone who has heard about the 68 second timer from Abraham Hicks teachings and wants an easy way to practice it without watching a clock.

What is the 68-second rule?

The 68 second rule comes from the teachings of Abraham-Hicks. The idea is that when you focus on a desire or a good-feeling thought for 68 seconds without letting it drift, your vibrational momentum begins to build and takes you a step closer to what you want. The app’s info screen also quotes Abraham-Hicks as saying that 68 seconds of pure thought is the equivalent of 2,000 hours of action.

To read more about the technique itself, see The 68-Second Manifestation Technique Explained.

What you can do with the 68-Second Timer

  • Run a 68 second focus session with a circular progress timer
  • Watch the seconds count up so you can stay with your thought
  • Cancel or restart the timer at any time
  • Hear a completion sound, or switch sound off
  • Jot down a note during your session

How to open the 68-Second Timer

  1. Tap the Tools tab.
  2. Tap the Abraham 68-Second Timer tile.

The screen is titled Abe 68-Second Timer. At the top it reads “Inspired by the teachings of Abraham-Hicks” and explains the idea in a sentence or two.

How to use the 68 second timer

  1. Choose a desire or a good-feeling thought. It could be a goal from your Manifestation Goals List, or simply something that feels good right now.
  2. Tap Start Timer. The circle begins to fill and the center shows the seconds counting up, for example “12 seconds”.
  3. For the full 68 seconds, keep your attention on the thought and try to hold the positive emotion.
  4. If your mind wanders, bring it back and keep going. If you want to stop, tap Cancel Timer. The timer resets to zero.
  5. To start over from the beginning at any time, tap Restart Timer.
  6. When the circle is full, the center shows “Timer Complete”. A completion sound plays and a celebration pop-up appears.

Sound, notes and info

  • The speaker icon at the top left turns the completion sound off and on.
  • The note icon at the top right opens an Add Note box with the prompt “Enter note text…”. Type your thought and tap Add.
  • The info icon at the top right opens the tool’s built-in explanation.

Example

Before a big meeting, open the timer and think about walking in feeling calm and prepared. Tap Start Timer and, for 68 seconds, picture the room, the people and how confident you feel. When “Timer Complete” appears, tap the note icon and write down one phrase that captures the feeling, such as “relaxed and ready”.

Tips

  • Set the timer and intensely focus on one desire or good-feeling thought for the whole 68 seconds, as the info screen suggests.
  • Keep the positive emotion going for the entire duration.
  • Pick thoughts that feel good and believable. Your desire should lift your mood, not make you feel worse.
  • Try a 68 second session whenever you have a spare minute, such as before you start your day.

369 Method App: Classic Method vs In-App Version

The 369 method is a popular manifestation routine, and the 369 Method in Law of Attraction Toolbox uses the same three numbers in a different way. This 369 method app guide explains the classic method first, then shows how the 369 Method works in this manifestation app: three intentions, six wishes beyond yourself and nine gratitudes, saved as a journal entry.

What is the classic 369 method?

The widely known 369 method is a writing routine. You choose one desire, write it as a present-tense affirmation, and write that same sentence 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon and 9 times at night. Many people keep it up for 33 or 45 days. For the full walkthrough, read How to Do the 369 Method (Step-by-Step), and see 369 Method Examples for sample affirmations.

How the app’s 369 Method is different

The app’s 369 Method is its own take on the same numbers. It is a single guided session, not a three-times-a-day schedule, and it asks for different things:

  • Classic method: one desire, written as the same affirmation 3, 6 and 9 times across the day, repeated for many days.
  • The app’s 369 Method: 3 intentions for today, 6 wishes for someone or something beyond yourself, and 9 things you are grateful for, all in one practice.

Neither is a replacement for the other. They are two ways to work with 3, 6 and 9, and the rest of this page covers the in-app version.

What you can do with the 369 Method

  • Work through intentions, wishes and gratitudes one step at a time with a progress indicator
  • Start a practice from the Games tab without doing a Daily Check-In first

How to do the 369 method in the app

Open the Games tab and tap the 369 Method tile. The top of the screen shows “Step 1 of 3” with a progress bar.

  1. Set three intentions for today. Write three intentions for how you want to think, feel or show up today. Each field is labeled “Intention 1”, “Intention 2” and “Intention 3”, with the prompt “I intend to…”. Tap Continue.
  2. Six wishes beyond yourself. Write six wishes for someone or something other than you, such as people, animals, communities, organizations, nature or even the weather. The fields are labeled “Wish 1” to “Wish 6”, with the prompt “I wish…”. As you write each one, imagine sending warm, positive energy toward whoever or whatever it is for. Tap Continue.
  3. Write down nine things you are grateful for. Fill in “Gratitude 1” to “Gratitude 9”, each starting from “I am grateful for…”. The app suggests keeping each answer simple and specific, because small moments count. Tap Finish.

Continue and Finish stay unavailable until every field in the current step has text. Use Back to return to an earlier step. When you finish, a “369 Method Complete” celebration appears. If you started the practice from a routine, finishing also marks that routine item done.

Example

Intention: “I intend to stay patient in my meetings.” Wish: “I wish my neighbor a calm, restful week.” Gratitude: “I am grateful for the quiet first coffee this morning.” Write three intentions, six wishes and nine gratitudes in this style and tap Finish.

Tips

  • Each practice starts with a blank form and is saved only when you tap Finish.
  • Simple, sincere wishes and small things you appreciate count.
  • Let the wishes be about other people, animals, nature or your community, and picture warm energy going toward them.
  • If you prefer the classic method, you can keep your affirmation in Affirmations and add reminders to it (see the FAQ below).

Where your entries go

Each finished practice appears as its own record under My Journey > Saved Entries > 369 Method. Each row shows the date and time, your first intention and the line “3 intentions, 6 wishes, 9 gratitudes”. Tap one to see your “Three intentions”, “Six wishes beyond yourself” and “Nine things I was grateful for”. You can swipe a row to delete it. Until you finish your first practice, the screen says “No saved 369 Method entries yet”.

Frequently asked questions

Is the app’s 369 Method the same as the classic 369 method?

No. The classic method repeats one affirmation 3, 6 and 9 times across a day. The app’s 369 Method is a different practice built on the same numbers: three intentions, six wishes beyond yourself and nine gratitudes in one session.

Can I do the classic 369 method in the app?

The app does not have a mode that counts 3, 6 and 9 repetitions of one affirmation. If you want reminders for the classic routine, you can save your affirmation in Affirmations and add a reminder. Choose Auto Generate to set a “Start Time”, “Repeat Every” and “Until”, and the app creates a series of reminders. You still write or say the repetitions yourself.

Is there a 369 method app with a journal?

Yes. Every finished 369 Method practice is stored in My Journey > Saved Entries > 369 Method, so you can look back at earlier days.

Do I need a separate 369 method notes app?

Not for the in-app practice. The writing fields, saving and history are all built in.

What Is Prepaving? The Abraham-Hicks Technique, Step-by-Step

Prepaving is an Abraham-Hicks technique for deliberately deciding how
you want an upcoming event to go – and how you want to feel during it –
before it happens. Instead of walking into your day and reacting to
whatever shows up, you spend a few minutes beforehand imagining it going
well, so you walk in already aligned with the outcome you want. In this
guide you’ll learn exactly how to prepave, step by step, and see a full
worked example you can use before your next meeting, date, or difficult
conversation.

What is prepaving?

Prepaving comes from Abraham-Hicks (Esther and Jerry Hicks). The word
is a blend of “pre” and “paving the way” – you’re paving the road ahead
of you before you travel it, rather than dealing with whatever’s in the
road when you get there.

In practice, prepaving means sitting quietly before an event – a
meeting, a date, a flight, a difficult conversation – and imagining it
unfolding the way you want it to. Not by scripting every detail, but by
deciding in advance how you want to feel going in, and
rehearsing that feeling until it’s familiar. When the actual event
starts, you’re not starting from anxious or neutral – you’re starting
from the vibration you already prepaved.

Abraham teaches that most people do the opposite without realizing
it: they walk into a meeting already braced for it to go badly, or
replay yesterday’s argument before an evening with the same person –
which pre-paves a bad outcome just as surely as prepaving deliberately
paves a good one. Prepaving isn’t a new idea; it’s making a habit you’re
already doing unconsciously, and doing it on purpose instead.

Why prepaving works

The law of attraction responds to your vibration – the feeling you’re
predominantly in – more than to the words you use or the outcome you’re
hoping for. If you walk into a room already feeling anxious, defensive,
or resentful, you tend to get more of that back, even if you’re saying
all the right things. If you walk in already feeling calm, confident, or
appreciative, people and situations tend to meet you there instead.

Prepaving works because it lets you choose that starting vibration
before the situation has a chance to choose it for you. By the
time the real event happens, the feeling you rehearsed is already
familiar – so it’s easier to stay in it, even if something doesn’t go
exactly to plan.

This is also why prepaving is different from just “thinking
positive.” You’re not pretending the event will be perfect. You’re
deciding, in advance, which feeling you’re going to bring into it –
which is something you actually have control over, regardless of what
happens once you’re there.

How to prepave: step-by-step

You only need a few quiet minutes before the event – in the car, in
the shower, or lying in bed the night before.

  1. Pick the event you’re prepaving. A meeting, a date,
    a phone call, a flight, a conversation you’ve been dreading – anything
    you know is coming.
  2. Notice how you’re currently bracing for it. Be
honest. Are you already expecting it to go badly? That’s useful
information, not something to judge yourself for.
  3. Decide how you want to feel going in. Not “I want
it to go perfectly,” but a feeling: calm, confident, light, appreciated,
in control. Pick one or two words.
  4. Close your eyes and imagine walking in already feeling that
    way.
See yourself arriving, speaking, and responding from that
feeling. Let the details be loose – the feeling is what matters, not a
    script.
  5. Imagine at least one moment of friction going
    smoothly.
If you know a hard question is coming, or a difficult
moment, imagine handling it from the calm, confident feeling you just
rehearsed – not by scripting a perfect answer, but by staying in the
    feeling.
  6. Let it go. Once you’ve rehearsed the feeling a few
times, stop. You’re not trying to force a specific outcome – you’re just
    choosing your starting point.
  7. Walk in. If the moment starts to pull you back into
the old bracing feeling, a single breath and a reminder of the word you
picked in step 3 is usually enough to bring you back.

Two or three minutes of this is enough. Prepaving is a feeling
exercise, not a rehearsal script – the goal is a vibration you can carry
in with you, not a performance to remember.

A worked prepaving example

Here’s a real prepaving session before a difficult performance review
at work.

The event: A performance review with a manager who’s
been critical lately.

How I’m currently bracing for it: Defensive. Already
rehearsing excuses. Expecting to feel small.

The feeling I want to bring in: Calm and steady.

The prepave: I imagine walking into the room and
sitting down feeling calm, not defensive. I picture my manager raising a
concern, and instead of my stomach dropping, I imagine myself nodding,
staying steady, and saying “that’s fair, here’s what I’m doing about it”
in a level voice. I don’t need the meeting to be glowing praise – I just
need to stay calm and steady through it, however it goes. I imagine
leaving the room still feeling like myself, not shrunk down.

What actually happened: The review did include some
criticism. But because the calm, steady feeling was already familiar
from the prepave, it was much easier to stay in it during the real
conversation instead of getting swept into the old defensive
reaction.

Notice this prepave didn’t promise a perfect review – it just chose
the feeling to walk in with. That’s the whole technique.

How to do it
in the Law of Attraction Toolbox app

Prepaving works best as a quick habit before anything you know is
coming up – which is easy to forget to do in the moment. The Pre-Paving
Process game in the Law of Attraction Toolbox walks you through it so
you never have to remember the steps.

Pre-Paving Process screen in the app
  1. Open the app and tap the Games tab, then choose
    Pre-Paving Process.
  2. Name the event you’re prepaving – a meeting, a
date, a call, anything coming up.
  3. Pick the feeling you want to bring in. The app
prompts you for a word or short phrase, so you commit to a feeling
    rather than a vague hope.
  4. Walk through the guided visualization. The app
takes you through imagining the event from that feeling, including one
    moment of friction going smoothly.
  5. Save it. Your prepaves are stored in your history,
so if the same kind of situation comes up again, you can see what
    feeling worked last time.
  6. Set a reminder in My Journey → Set
    Reminders
for anything recurring – weekly meetings, regular
calls – so prepaving becomes a habit rather than something you only
    remember under pressure.

No forgetting the steps, no scrambling for a feeling word under
stress – just a guided two-minute reset before anything that matters.
Got something coming up that has you bracing already? Download
the Law of Attraction Toolbox
and prepave it in two
minutes.

Already have the app? Open the Pre-Paving
Process game
to do this right now.

Using an Android phone or tablet? See the Android guide to Pre-Paving.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Scripting the outcome instead of choosing the
    feeling.
Prepaving isn’t about predicting exactly what will be
said or happen – it’s about choosing how you feel walking in. Let the
    details stay loose.
  • Only prepaving the easy parts. If you skip past the
moment you’re actually dreading, you haven’t prepaved the part that
needed it most. Include at least one friction point.
  • Doing it while still activated. If you’re too
anxious to imagine feeling calm, take a few breaths first, or do a
softer general prepave before tackling the specific event.
  • Expecting a perfect outcome. Prepaving changes your
starting vibration, not the other person’s script. Some friction can
still happen – the point is how steady you stay through it.
  • Forgetting to do it. Prepaving only works if it
becomes a habit before things you know are coming – set a reminder
rather than relying on remembering in the moment.

FAQ

What does prepaving mean in Abraham-Hicks’ teaching?
Prepaving means deliberately deciding how you want to feel during an
upcoming event, and rehearsing that feeling beforehand, so you walk into
the real event already aligned with it instead of reacting to it in the
moment.

Is prepaving the same as visualization? They’re
related but not identical. Visualization often focuses on picturing a
specific outcome. Prepaving focuses on choosing and rehearsing a
feeling to carry into a specific, known event – the feeling
matters more than the exact pictured outcome.

How long does prepaving take? Two or three minutes
is usually enough. It’s meant to be a quick habit before anything you
know is coming, not a long meditation.

Can I prepave for something that’s already going
badly?
Yes – you can prepave the next interaction even if
earlier ones went poorly. Each prepave is about choosing your starting
feeling for what’s coming next, regardless of what already happened.

What’s the difference between prepaving and
pre-paving?
Nothing – they’re the same word. Abraham-Hicks’
original material uses “pre-paving”; it’s commonly written as one word,
“prepaving,” as well.

Start prepaving today

Prepaving is one of the most practical Abraham-Hicks tools because it
takes almost no time and works on anything you already know is coming –
a meeting, a call, a hard conversation. Pick something on your calendar
this week, decide how you want to feel walking in, and rehearse it for
two minutes beforehand. Let the app hold the structure so all you have
to bring is the feeling.

Daily Wants List Manifestation: How to Write One

The Daily Wants List in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a simple way to write down what you want each day, one line at a time, starting every line with a phrase you choose. If you are looking for a daily wants list manifestation habit that takes a couple of minutes, this manifestation app gives you a clean list, helpful prompts and a saved history you can look back on.

What is a daily wants list?

A wants list is a practice of thinking about what you want and writing it down, so your attention rests on your desires instead of your problems. The app’s info screen describes it as a way to focus on your desires and set intentions. The suggested style is to write each want as a complete sentence and to write from positive anticipation rather than lack.

It pairs well with a morning habit. For ideas on building one, see A 10-Minute Daily Manifestation Routine (Morning Practice).

What you can do with the Daily Wants List

  • Write as many wants as you like, one per row
  • Start the list with a phrase such as “I Want”, “I Choose” or “I Am Open To”, or add your own
  • Browse “TIP:” prompts when you are not sure what to write
  • Save each list and edit it later

How to write your Daily Wants List

Open the Games tab and tap the Daily Wants List tile.

  1. Tap the starting phrase near the top (it shows as “I Want…” by default). A menu opens with ten suggestions: I Want, I Choose, I Prefer, I Intend, I Would Love, I Welcome, I Am Ready For, I Am Open To, It Would Feel Good To and I Look Forward To.
  2. To use your own words, choose Add Custom Phrase, type them into the “Starting phrase” field and tap Use Phrase.
  3. Type your first want in the “Entry text” field at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap Save Row, or press return on the keyboard. The want is added to the list and a new row opens. Save Row stays unavailable while the field is empty.
  5. Repeat for each want. Tap any row in the list to edit it, and use Clear Row to remove the row you are on.
  6. When you are done, tap Save. To start over, tap Clear. The app asks “Clear all entries?” and you can choose Yes or Cancel.

If you tap Save with no rows filled in, the app tells you to enter text on at least one row first. After a successful save you see a celebration message.

Example

Keep the starting phrase as “I Want…” and add three rows: “a calm, bright home office”, “a morning walk by the water most days” and “more time with people I love”. Tap Save Row after each one, then tap Save.

Tips

  • Write each want as a complete sentence and be specific and detailed.
  • Feel the excitement as you imagine each want becoming real.
  • Use the “TIP:” cards when you are stuck. They ask things like “Is there a view you’d love to wake up to each morning?”
  • Write from positive anticipation. If a want feels heavy or only highlights what is missing, the info screen suggests softening first with a gentler process and coming back later.
  • Tap the note icon at the top right to jot a quick note without leaving the list.

Where your entries go

Saved lists are kept under My Journey > Saved Entries > Daily Wants List. The “Daily Wants Entries” screen lists them by date and you can swipe to delete one. Open a list to see “Daily Wants Entry”, where you can tap Edit, change the starting phrase or any want, add rows with the plus button, then tap Save.

Manifestation Scripting App: Write and Save Scripts

Scripting in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a simple scripting journal inside a manifestation app. You open a blank page, write about your future as if it is happening now, tap Save, and your script is kept in your Saved Entries so you can read it again. It suits anyone who wants a manifestation scripting app that is quick to use every day and does not get in the way of the writing.

What is manifestation scripting?

Scripting means writing your desired future in the present tense, as though it has already happened. The app’s info screen describes the purpose as scripting your future into your present reality: write as if you already have what you desire, and let yourself feel the joy and gratitude that comes with it.

The blog covers the method in depth. Start with Manifestation Scripting: How to Write It (With Examples), then browse 50+ Manifestation Scripting Examples for inspiration. This page shows how to do it in the app.

What you can do with Scripting

  • Write a script in a full-screen text box
  • Read “TIP:” cards that guide how to write
  • Generate a personalized script with the AI button
  • Save each script and edit it later
  • Add a quick note without leaving the screen

How to write a script in the app

Open the Games tab and tap the Scripting tile.

  1. Tap the text box, which shows “Type here…” until you start writing.
  2. Write about your future as though it is happening right now. Describe your desires as already fulfilled.
  3. Let yourself feel the joy and appreciation as you write. The more intense the positive emotions, the better.
  4. Tap Save when you are finished.

If you tap Save with an empty text box, the app shows “Text Missing” and asks you to enter some text first. After a successful save, a celebration message appears. Clear empties the text box and asks “Clear all entries?” before it does, so you can choose Yes or Cancel.

Using the AI script button

Below the text box is a button labeled “Generate Personalized Script” with the description “Create a custom script based on your goals or text input”. Tap it to open the goal selector and build a script from your goals. If you prefer to write everything yourself, you can ignore it.

Example

A short script might begin with gratitude, as one of the app’s tips suggests: “I’m so thankful that I wake up in my own bright apartment by the sea. The morning light fills the kitchen, I make my coffee and I feel calm, proud and free.” Keep it in the present tense, add a few details you can picture, and finish by thanking the Universe, or whatever higher power you choose, for this being your reality now.

Tips

  • Write in the present tense, as if you already live this life.
  • Begin with gratitude, add supporting details, then end with thanks.
  • Struggling for ideas? Think about how you want each major area of your life to look.
  • Experiment with different ways of scripting until you find the ones that feel joyful. You can script more than one intention.
  • Scripting flows best from hopefulness or above. If the positive words feel forced, the info screen suggests reaching for relief first, such as a meditation or a Focus Wheel, then coming back.

Where your entries go

Saved scripts live under My Journey > Saved Entries > Scripting. The list shows each script with its date and the start of your text, and you can swipe to delete one. Tap a script to open “Scripting Entry”, then tap Edit to change the text and Save to keep your changes.

On iPhone and iPad

Setting intentions

Setting intentions is a powerful tool for manifestation because it helps to align your thoughts, emotions, and actions with your desires. When you set an intention, you are essentially telling the universe what you want to attract into your life. This helps to focus your energy and attention on what you want, rather than what you don’t want.

Intentions go beyond just verbalizing what you want. When you set an intention, you are also making a conscious decision to change your thoughts, emotions, and actions to align with your desire. This helps to raise your vibration and attracts energy that is in alignment with what you want.

Additionally, setting intentions helps to overcome limiting beliefs and negative self-talk that can hold you back from manifesting your desires. By focusing on what you want and repeating affirmations, you train your mind to believe that it is possible to achieve your desires. This helps to shift your perspective and opens up new opportunities and possibilities.

When you set an intention, it is also important to take action towards your goal. This can involve taking small steps towards your desire, or taking larger leaps of faith. The key is to take consistent, focused action that is aligned with your intention.

In conclusion, setting intentions is a powerful tool for manifestation because it helps you align your thoughts, emotions, and actions with your desires. It helps you overcome limiting beliefs, raise your vibration, and attract energy that is in alignment with what you want. By taking focused action towards your goals, you can bring your desires into reality.

Segment Intending Worksheet for iPhone and iPad

Segment Intending in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a segment intending worksheet you carry in your pocket. Before a meeting, a workout, a drive or any new part of your day, you name the segment and write what you intend for it. It is a simple daily practice in this manifestation app, for anyone who wants to start each part of the day on purpose.

What is segment intending?

Segment intending is an Abraham-Hicks practice: you set an intention for each new segment of your day, such as a place you are about to visit or an activity you are about to start. The app describes it as a way to keep your mind pointed at what you want all through the day.

For the teaching behind it, see our article on Segment Intending and Rampages.

What you can do with Segment Intending

  • Name the segment you are about to enter.
  • Write as many intentions as you like, one row at a time.
  • Tap any row to edit it, or clear a row, before you save.
  • Save each segment as its own entry and read it back later.
  • Add a quick note, or open the info screen from the toolbar.

How to do segment intending in the app

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Segment Intending.
  2. Under “What segment am I going in to?”, tap the box that says “Enter segment description here…” and describe the segment, for example “Team meeting at 10”.
  3. Under “For this segment I intend…”, you will see a numbered list. Tap the entry field at the bottom of the screen, labeled “Entry 1”, where it says “Enter an intention here…”, and write your first intention.
  4. Tap Save Row (or the return key). Your intention joins the list and the next row opens, ready for “Entry 2”.
  5. Repeat for as many intentions as you want. Tap any row to change it, or tap Clear Row to remove the row you are working on.
  6. When you are happy, tap Save.

To start again, tap Clear. The app asks “Clear all entries?” first. If you tap Save with every row empty, you will see a “No Entries” message asking for text on at least one row.

Example

Segment: “Drive to work”. Intentions: “I will enjoy the drive”, “I will arrive relaxed and on time” and “I will notice something that makes me smile”. The app’s own examples are short and positive, like “I will have a productive meeting” or “I will enjoy this workout”. Keep yours in the same spirit.

Tips

  • Keep each intention short, positive and about how you want the segment to go.
  • Do it at the moment of transition: just before you walk in, start the task or press play on the day.
  • The app suggests using its reminders to help you remember to set intentions through the day. See the Daily Routines and Reminders guide.

Where your entries go

Saved segments appear under My Journey > Saved Entries, in Timeline or under Segment Intending in By Tool. Each one shows its date and “Segment:”. Open one to read it, tap Edit to change the segment or an intention, then Save. Swipe a row to delete it.

On iPhone and iPad

These steps are for the iPhone and iPad version of Law of Attraction Toolbox. Using an Android phone or tablet? See the Android version of this page.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a segment intending worksheet I can use on my phone?

Yes. The Segment Intending screen works as a worksheet: a segment line at the top and a numbered list of intentions below it.

What are some segment intending examples?

The app’s info screen gives “I will have a productive meeting” and “I will enjoy this workout”. Write your own in the same short, positive style.

How do I do a segment intending exercise during the day?

Open Segment Intending just before a new activity, name the segment, add one or more intentions and tap Save. It only takes a minute.

Can I add more than one intention for a segment?

Yes. Each time you tap Save Row a new row opens, so you can keep adding.

Thank You Journal Manifestation Game

The Thank You Journal is a writing game in this manifestation app where you give thanks as if your desire has already arrived. You get a prompt, write a short journal entry in the voice of someone who has received it, and save it. It is for anyone who likes to journal and wants a guided way to practice gratitude in advance.

What is the Thank You Journal?

The Thank You Journal is a form of gratitude in advance. The app’s info screen describes it as expressing thanks for your desires as if they have already manifested, working with the “like attracts like” idea. The tip is to be as specific as you can and to bring up the feelings that go with your entry. The same screen links the idea to Rhonda Byrne’s The Secret.

If you are curious about thanking the universe in general, Gratitude and the Law of Attraction: The Fastest Shortcut is a good companion read.

What you can do with the Thank You Journal

  • Receive a prompt that sets a scene to imagine and asks you to write about it.
  • Write a journal entry giving thanks as if it has happened, then save it.
  • Swap to a new prompt whenever you want.
  • Read, edit and delete your saved thank you entries later.

How to write a thank you journal entry

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Thank You Journal Game.
  2. Read the prompt. It gives you a scenario that begins with “Imagine…” and asks you to write a paragraph or two in the style of a journal entry. It also asks what your experience of receiving it was and what positive emotions it brought up.
  3. Tap the box that says “Type here…” and write your entry as if the scenario has already happened. Thank the universe for it in your own words.
  4. Tap Save. A celebration screen appears when your entry is stored. Close it to leave the game.
  5. Want a different prompt? Tap New Prompt. If you have already typed something, the app asks “Are you sure you want to clear all entries?” before moving on.

If you tap Save with an empty box, you will see “Text Missing” and be asked to enter some text first. At the top right there are three icons: an example icon that shows a short explanation, a note icon for the “Add Note” box, and an info icon for the info screen.

Example

The prompt says: “Imagine you have the perfect romantic partner, you are in the arms of them and you love each other dearly.” Under “Type here…” you write: “Today I want to say thank you. Last night we cooked together and I felt completely at ease. I was so happy to be held. Thank you for this relationship.” You tap Save.

Your own manifestation goals can also appear as prompts. These read “Imagine you have manifested” followed by your goal, then ask you to give thanks for having manifested it.

Tips

  • Be as specific as possible and invoke the feelings that go with your entry.
  • Use this game from contentment or above, because thankfulness in advance only works when it is genuinely reachable.
  • On low days, choose a gentler process first, such as a meditation, and return when appreciation flows more easily.
  • Skip a prompt that does not speak to you with New Prompt and come back to it later.

Where your entries go

Saved entries are stored in your Thank You Journal list. Open the My Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, and choose Thank You Journal. Each row shows the date and your text. Tap a row to open “Thank You Journal Entry”, where the text appears under “Thank You Journal Text:”. Tap Edit to change it and Save to keep your changes. To delete an entry, swipe the row, or use the Edit button at the top right of the list.

Rampage of Appreciation Worksheet: Guided App Version

If you are looking for a rampage of appreciation worksheet, the Rampages of Appreciation game in Law of Attraction Toolbox does the writing for you. Instead of a blank page, you read through ready-made rampages one line at a time on your iPhone or iPad. It is part of this manifestation app’s Games tab and is for anyone who wants an easy way into appreciation.

What is a rampage of appreciation?

A rampage of appreciation is an Abraham-Hicks practice. You focus intently on things you appreciate, and each statement builds on the one before it. In the app, each rampage is a list of statements that help you feel better about the subject at hand.

Read more about the practice in our article on Segment Intending and Rampages.

What you can do with Rampages of Appreciation

  • Choose from 13 ready-made rampages on different subjects.
  • Step through each rampage with Previous and Next, with the line before and after shown in the background.
  • Add a quick note while you read.
  • Reorder the rampage tiles by dragging them.
  • Open the info screen for the app’s explanation.

Rampage of appreciation examples in the app

The screen lists these rampages, each with a short tagline:

  • Good Feeling
  • A New Day
  • Work, Inspiration & Action
  • Momentum & Flow
  • Self & Spiritual Growth
  • New Year
  • Attract Your Soul Mate
  • Planting Seeds of Abundance
  • Follow Your Passion
  • The Opportunities of Spring
  • Enjoying your friendships
  • Manifesting Your Dream Job
  • Allowing a Strong & Healthy Body

For example, the “Good Feeling” rampage opens with lines like “I want to feel good today.” and “I enjoy life more when I feel positive emotions…” and carries on from there, each line leading into the next.

How to do a rampage of appreciation

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Rampages of Appreciation.
  2. Tap a rampage that suits how you want to feel, such as “A New Day” or “Planting Seeds of Abundance”.
  3. Read the statement in the middle of the screen. The previous line sits faintly above it and the next line below it.
  4. Let yourself feel any shift in emotion, then tap Next.
  5. Tap Previous any time you want to read a line again.
  6. When you reach the end, the screen reads “RAMPAGE OF APPRECIATION COMPLETE” and a celebration screen appears.

Near the top of the Rampages of Appreciation screen you may also see a “Generate Personalized Rampage” button with the line “Create a custom rampage tailored to your goals”. Tap it to start building one of your own.

Tips

  • Start with subjects that are easy for you to appreciate, then move on to more challenging ones, as the app’s info screen suggests.
  • Rampages work best when appreciation is already within reach, roughly contentment or above.
  • If you are feeling low, the app suggests reaching for relief first, with a meditation or a Focus Wheel, and coming back later.
  • Read slowly. The point is the feeling, not finishing.

Where your progress goes

Rampages are read, not written, so there is no entry to save. When you finish one, the app records it in your Activity Log under My Journey.

Money Game Abraham Hicks: Play It in the App

The Money Game in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a simple way to play the law of attraction money game on your phone. The app gives you an amount of money to “receive,” and you spend it in your imagination, one item or experience at a time. If you have been searching for a money game Abraham Hicks style that you can actually keep track of, this manifestation app does the counting for you.

What is the money game?

The money game (often called receive and spend) is an imagination exercise. You pretend to receive a sum of money, appreciate it, and then enjoy deciding exactly what you would do with it. The app’s info screen describes the aim as feeling good about any money received and carrying those feelings into everyday life.

For the thinking behind it, see How to Manifest Money: A Realistic Step-by-Step Guide. This page is about playing in the app.

What you can do with the Money Game

  • Receive an amount in the game and imagine spending it on things that bring you joy
  • Write each item with its own amount and watch your “Spent:” and “Left:” totals update
  • Set your own received amount if you want to play with a different number
  • Pick your currency symbol in the Settings tab
  • Save each game and read or edit it later in Saved Entries

How to play the Money Game

Open the Games tab and tap the Money Game tile.

  1. The first time you open it, a message asks how you would like to receive amounts of money. Tap Random Order, or Sequential Order (Default), which starts at the smallest amount. You can change this later.
  2. A full-screen message appears with “You Have Received:” and your amount. Appreciate it, then tap Close.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, type the amount for your first item in the “Amount:” field and describe the item in the “Entry text” field.
  4. Tap Save Row. The row is added to the list above and a fresh row opens for the next item. Save Row stays unavailable until both the text and the amount are filled in.
  5. Repeat for each item. The “Spent:” and “Left:” totals show how much of the received amount you have used.
  6. When you are finished, tap Save Game.

To edit a row you have already saved, tap it and its text and amount load back into the entry area. Clear Row removes the row you are on. To send an item to your goals, tap the forward arrow icon at the end of its row. The app confirms with a message saying the item was added to Manifestation Goals.

How to set a custom received amount and currency

You are not stuck with the amount the game picks. Tap the amount next to “You have just received:” (it has a pencil icon), or tap Edit Amount on the received-amount message. A screen titled “Set Received Amount” opens with the prompt “Choose how much you have received for this game.”

  1. Type a whole number into the “Amount” field.
  2. Tap Use This Amount.

The amount must be greater than zero, and it cannot be less than what you have already spent in that game. If it is, the app tells you. Your custom amount applies to the current game only, so it does not change the order your regular amounts follow.

To change the currency symbol, go to the Settings tab and find Set Currency Symbol. Tap $, £, €, ¥ or ₹, and that symbol appears next to the amounts in the game.

Starting a new amount

Tap New Amount to move to the next amount without saving. If you have already entered rows, the app asks “Clear all entries?” and you can choose Yes or Cancel. After you tap Save Game, your next game starts with the next amount in your order.

The gear icon at the top right opens “Money Game Settings”. There you can set the “New Amount Order” to Sequential Order or Random Order, and turn “Play Sound on New Amount Received” Yes or No.

Tips

  • Appreciate the amount before you spend it, whatever the number.
  • Try to use the full amount each time, and give yourself full permission to have fun with it rather than being frugal.
  • Watch the “TIP:” cards at the top of the screen. They ask things like “How would you pamper yourself or invest in self-care?” when you are short of ideas.
  • Play when you feel neutral or better about money. If money is a sore subject today, the info screen suggests softening it first with a Focus Wheel or Clarity Through Contrast, then coming back.

Where your entries go

When you tap Save Game, a celebration message appears and the game is saved. Find it again under My Journey > Saved Entries > Money Game. Your games are listed by date in “Money Game Entries”. Open one to see the “Money Game Journal” with “Amount Spent:” and “Amount Left:”. Tap Edit to change the entries, then Save. Swipe an entry in the list to delete it.

List of Positive Aspects: Abraham Hicks Process App

The List of Positive Aspects, or LOPA, is an Abraham Hicks process, and Law of Attraction Toolbox gives you a place to do it on your iPhone or iPad. The app suggests a subject, you write every good thing you can find about it, and you save the list. It is part of this manifestation app’s Games tab, for anyone who wants to practice finding the good in a person, place or situation.

What is the List of Positive Aspects?

The List of Positive Aspects asks you to choose a subject and write down all the positive aspects you can think of about it. The app says that practicing this, even with subjects you find challenging, can change your circumstances for the better. Pick anything: a person, a place, an event or a challenge.

For related Abraham-Hicks teachings, see Who Is Abraham-Hicks? and 12 Manifestation Techniques That Actually Work.

What you can do with the List of Positive Aspects

  • Get a suggested subject, or type your own.
  • Write as many positive aspects as you can, one row at a time.
  • Move to a new subject with one tap.
  • Save every list and read or edit it later.
  • Open an example from the toolbar, add a note, or read the info screen.

How to write a list of positive aspects in the app

  1. Open the Games tab and tap List of Positive Aspects. The screen is titled “LOPA”.
  2. Look at the line that starts “Subject:”. The app shows a suggested subject. To use your own, tap Custom and type it where it says “Enter subject”. Tap Random to go back to the suggestions.
  3. Tap the entry field at the bottom (labeled “Entry 1” and showing “Entry text”) and write your first positive aspect.
  4. Tap Save Row (or the return key). Your line joins the list and a new row opens.
  5. Keep going. Tap any row to change it, or Clear Row to remove the row you are on.
  6. When you are done, tap Save. After saving, the app moves on to the next suggested subject.

Tap New Subject if you want a different suggestion. If you already have entries, the app asks “Clear all entries?” before moving on. To save, you need a subject and at least one filled row; otherwise a “Cannot Save” message tells you what is missing.

List of positive aspects examples

The suggested subjects include “Money”, “Your Family”, “Your Friends”, “Work”, “Your Home”, “Your Health”, “Your Previous Manifestations” and “An area you may be struggling in”. A short list for “Work” might read: “I get paid every month”, “My team is friendly”, “I have learned a lot here” and “There is a window by my desk”. This is only an illustration – write what is true for you.

Tips

  • If it is hard to see the positive in a subject, change your perspective, as the app suggests: think of things unrelated to the subject, or what other people appreciate about it.
  • The app notes that this process works from frustration upward. If you are feeling real anger or lower about a subject, soften it first with a Focus Wheel, then come back to the list.
  • Write each line as its own row so you can come back and add more later.

Where your entries go

Saved lists are kept under My Journey > Saved Entries, in Timeline or under List of Positive Aspects in By Tool. The LOPA Entries list shows each date with its “Subject:”. Tap one to open the “LOPA Entry”, tap Edit to change it and Save to keep your changes. Swipe a row to delete it.

Focus Wheel App for iPhone and iPad (Template)

The Focus Wheel in Law of Attraction Toolbox is a focus wheel app for iPhone and iPad: a ready-made template with ten numbered boxes around a center “Area of Focus”, so you can work through the process anywhere. It is part of this manifestation app’s Games tab and is for anyone who wants to move their thoughts about a subject toward something that feels better.

What is the Focus Wheel?

The Focus Wheel is an Abraham-Hicks process. You put a subject in the middle of the wheel, then write statements around it, one at a time, that you can believe and that feel a little better than the one before. The app describes it as a tool for shifting your focus from a negative aspect or feeling toward a positive one, and says it works best when you are trying to move up the emotional scale.

This page is about using the process in the app. For the full background, read our Focus Wheel guide and how to use the Abraham Hicks Focus Wheel process.

What you can do with the Focus Wheel

  • Write an area of focus in the center and up to ten statements around it, using a layout built for your phone or tablet.
  • Save each wheel and come back to it later from your Saved Entries.
  • Open an example from the toolbar if you want a reminder of what a wheel looks like.
  • Jot a quick note with the note icon, or open the info screen for the app’s own explanation.
  • Edit or delete old wheels whenever you like.

A focus wheel template on your phone

The wheel has an “Area of Focus” box in the middle and ten boxes numbered 1 to 10 going clockwise around it, starting at the top. Each box is a text field, so you can tap straight into any of them.

How to do a focus wheel in the app

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Focus Wheel.
  2. Tap the center box and write your subject where it says “Enter area of focus…”. This can be something you want to manifest, or a feeling you want to feel.
  3. Tap box 1 (“Type here…”) and write a statement about your subject that is true for you right now and feels good.
  4. Move to box 2 and write the next statement. Keep going around the wheel, paying attention to how each statement feels as you write it.
  5. When you are done, tap Save. A celebration screen appears and your wheel is saved.

If you want to start over, tap Clear. The app asks “Clear all entries?” before it empties the wheel. When the keyboard is open, a small keyboard button next to Save puts it away.

Example

Say your area of focus is “My new job”. Box 1 might read “I got a job offer”. Box 2: “I will be earning a steady income”. Box 3: “I am learning something new every day”. Each line is something you can honestly agree with, and each one aims at a slightly better feeling. This is only an illustration – write what is true for you.

Tips

  • Write statements that are currently true for you, as the app’s info screen suggests.
  • Notice the positive emotion each statement brings up as you write it.
  • If a statement does not feel believable, soften it until it does, then carry on.
  • Other exercises in the app, such as the List of Positive Aspects and Rampages of Appreciation, suggest a Focus Wheel as a first step when a subject still feels heavy.

Where your entries go

Every saved wheel is stored under My Journey > Saved Entries. Choose Timeline to see everything newest first, or By Tool and open Focus Wheel. The Focus Wheel Entries list shows the date and the “Focus Area:” for each wheel. Tap one to open it, tap Edit to change it and Save when you are finished. Swipe a row to delete it.

Feel As If Manifestation: 68-Second Game in the App

The Feel As If Game is a guided “feel as if” manifestation exercise in Law of Attraction Toolbox. The app shows you a scenario and a few lines of guidance, and you spend at least 68 seconds feeling as though it is already real. It is a quick, no-writing practice for anyone who wants an act as if manifestation exercise they can do in a spare minute. It lives inside this manifestation app on the Games tab.

What is the feel as if technique?

The idea is simple: instead of wishing for something, you imagine it as already yours and let yourself feel how good that is. The app’s info screen ties the 68-second length to Abraham Hicks, who teaches that significant vibrational momentum is underway after that time. The stronger the feelings and the longer you hold them, the better.

The blog has a full walkthrough of the timing idea in The 68-Second Manifestation Technique Explained. This page covers how to do it in the app.

What you can do with the Feel As If Game

  • Get a fresh scenario to imagine, with guidance on what to feel
  • Run a 68-second timer with a progress bar
  • Skip to a new prompt whenever you like
  • Turn the completion sound on or off
  • Jot a quick note with the note icon

How to play the Feel As If Game

Open the Games tab and tap the Feel As If Game tile. The screen is titled “Feel As If…”.

  1. Read the scenario at the top of the screen. It starts with something like “Imagine you…”
  2. Read the guidance below it. The first line tells you to start the timer and let the good feelings flow for at least the next 68 seconds. The second line describes what to picture and feel.
  3. When you are ready, tap Start Timer. A progress bar counts down the 68 seconds.
  4. Imagine the scene, using all your senses, until the timer ends.
  5. If you want to stop early, tap Cancel Timer. The timer resets.
  6. Not feeling a prompt? Tap New Prompt to move to the next one.

When the 68 seconds finish, the app plays a sound, shows a celebration message and loads the next prompt. If you feel like carrying on past 68 seconds, do. The on-screen guidance says the longer you feel good, the more power and momentum you build.

Example

One of the prompts reads: “Imagine you look into the mirror and you LOOK and FEEL phenomenal.” The guidance asks you to feel how great you feel, the love you have for yourself right now, and the big smile on your face. Tap Start Timer, picture the mirror, notice how your clothes feel, and stay with that feeling until the bar runs out.

Tips

  • Use your senses. Imagine the sounds, smells or textures that go with the scene to make it more vivid.
  • Play when you already feel content or better. The app suggests raising your state first with a meditation if you are low, rather than forcing the feeling.
  • Stronger feelings matter more than perfect imagery, so pick a prompt that actually appeals to you and use New Prompt freely.
  • Tap the speaker icon at the top right if you would rather finish in silence.

Frequently asked questions

How do I do a feel as if manifestation exercise?

Pick a scenario, tap Start Timer and imagine it as already real for at least 68 seconds, focusing on the good feelings.

Why is the timer 68 seconds?

The app’s info screen explains that Abraham Hicks teaches significant vibrational momentum is underway after 68 seconds.

Is this the same as an act as if manifestation exercise?

It is the same spirit. You imagine and feel the scenario as if it is already happening, guided by a prompt, instead of writing it down.

Emotional Guidance Scale App: Reach for Relief

The Emotional Scale in Law of Attraction Toolbox is an interactive emotional guidance scale app tool: you tap the feeling closest to how you feel right now, and this manifestation app shows you the processes built for that feeling. It is for anyone who wants to reach for relief without guessing which game to play.

What is the emotional guidance scale?

The emotional guidance scale is a ladder of 22 feelings taught by Abraham-Hicks, running from Love / Joy / Appreciation at the top down to Fear / Grief / Depression / Despair / Powerlessness at the bottom. The idea is not to leap from the bottom to the top, but to reach for the next better-feeling thought. For the full teaching, see The Abraham-Hicks Emotional Guidance Scale (And How to Climb It).

What you can do with the Emotional Scale

  • See all 22 emotions in one scrollable list, numbered from 1 (the top of the scale) to 22 (the bottom).
  • Tap the emotion closest to how you feel and log it with Log This Emotion.
  • Tap Show Me a Recommended Process to open Reach for Relief, which suggests games and tools suited to that emotion.
  • After you finish a process, say how you feel now and see how far you moved on the scale.
  • Open the full poster-style scale from the toolbar whenever you want a quick reference.

How to use the emotional guidance scale in the app

  1. Open the Tools tab and tap Emotional Scale.
  2. Read the list under “The complete emotional scale”. Every emotion stays in view.
  3. Tap the row closest to how you feel right now. A panel appears at the bottom with “Closest feeling” and the name of the emotion you picked.
  4. Tap Log This Emotion if you want to record the feeling. You will see “Emotion logged” when it is saved.
  5. Tap Show Me a Recommended Process. The Reach for Relief screen opens with the heading “You’re at” followed by your emotion.
  6. Pick one of the process cards. Each card shows the tool’s name and a short tagline, and tapping it opens that process.
  7. When you finish, the app asks “How do you feel now?” so you can tap the emotion closest to how you feel after the process. You can also tap Skip.
  8. You then see a result, such as “You moved from” one emotion “to” another. Tap Try Another Tool to keep reaching, or I’m Done to finish.

Which processes does it recommend?

Each tool in the app is matched to a stretch of the scale, and the Reach for Relief screen shows up to six that fit your emotion, with the most targeted first. For example, from Anger the list starts with Pivoting and Focus Wheel. From Worry it can include Clarity Through Contrast, Better-Feeling Story and Turning It Over. Guided meditations and the meditation timer are matched to the whole scale, so they are always an option.

Near the very bottom of the scale (position 18 and below), the list is shorter. The app adds a short note explaining that thought work does not help much that far down, and that rest and quieting your mind come first. It also reminds you that anger sitting above powerlessness is progress, not a setback.

Tips

  • Be honest. The app’s own guidance says there are no wrong answers, and the low end of the scale is exactly what this tool is for.
  • Reach for relief, not for joy. Any movement up the scale counts, even from despair to anger.
  • If your emotion is a close call, pick the nearest one. You can always come back and choose again.
  • Tap the note icon in the top right to jot down a quick thought without leaving the screen.
  • Tap the numbered-list icon to open “Scale Reference” for the full poster-style scale.

Where your entries go

Emotions you log, and your before and after emotions from Reach for Relief, are saved. To review them, open the My Journey tab and tap Mood History. Each entry shows the date and time, the emotion, and, when you used a process, the emotion you picked afterward, the shift, and the process you used. Mood History also has a chart titled “How you’ve been feeling” with a day-by-day view.

Where can I see the full Abraham Hicks emotional scale?

On the Emotional Scale screen, every emotion is listed in order. For a poster-style view, tap the numbered-list icon in the top right to open “Scale Reference”.

What do the numbers on the emotional scale mean?

The Magic Gratitude List: Daily Gratitude App

The Daily Gratitude List is the app’s version of the gratitude list from Rhonda Byrne’s book The Magic. Each day you write the things you appreciate and, if you like, why. It is for anyone who wants a simple daily gratitude habit in a manifestation app.

What is the Daily Gratitude List?

The Daily Gratitude List is a short written practice. You list things you are grateful for, often ten of them, and put a reason next to each one. The app’s info screen describes the idea like this: writing the reason helps you focus deeper on the item, which amplifies the feelings that go with it.

For the bigger picture on why gratitude is so central, read Gratitude and the Law of Attraction: The Fastest Shortcut.

What you can do with the Daily Gratitude List

  • Write as many gratitude rows as you like, each with a “why”.
  • Browse tip cards with questions to spark ideas.
  • Tap a row to go back and edit it before you save.
  • Look back at past lists by date and edit or add to them.

How to write your daily gratitude list

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Daily Gratitude List.
  2. At the bottom, the entry box is labelled “Entry 1”. Type what you appreciate in the first field, which says “I am grateful for…”.
  3. In the second field, which says “Why?”, add the reason.
  4. Tap Save Row. Your row appears in the list above and the box moves on to “Entry 2”. Pressing return on the keyboard from the Why field does the same thing.
  5. Repeat for each item. Make a mistake? Tap a row in the list to load it back into the box, change it, and tap Save Row again. Clear Row removes the row you are working on.
  6. When your list is ready, tap Save at the bottom of the screen. A celebration screen appears, and closing it takes you back.

If you tap Save with no rows filled in, the app tells you “No valid entries found. Please enter text on at least 1 row before saving.” The Clear button next to Save asks “Are you sure you want to clear all entries?” before wiping the page.

Example

Entry 1: “I am grateful for my morning coffee.” Why: “It gives me a quiet ten minutes before the day starts.” Entry 2: “I am grateful for my sister’s phone call.” Why: “It made me laugh and reminded me I am supported.” Save Row after each, then Save when you are done.

Tips

  • Use the tip cards for ideas. They ask things like “Who is someone in your life you’re grateful for and why?” and “What’s a small thing in your daily life that brings you joy?”
  • Feel the gratitude as you write rather than just going through the motions.
  • Make it a regular practice.
  • If gratitude feels forced today, the app suggests a meditation first and coming back when appreciation is genuinely findable.

Where your entries go

Each time you tap Save, the page is stored as one dated list. Open the My Journey tab, tap Saved Entries, and find Daily Gratitude to see “Daily Gratitude Entries”, a list of your past pages by date. Tap one to open “Daily Gratitude Entry”. Tap Edit to change the text, use the plus button to add another row, then tap Save. In the list you can swipe a date to delete it, or tap Edit at the top right.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Magic gratitude list?

It is the daily practice of writing a list of things you are grateful for, taken from Rhonda Byrne’s book The Magic. The Daily Gratitude List in this app gives you a place to write it each day.

How do I write my 10 things I’m grateful for each day?

Open Games, then Daily Gratitude List. Type an item and a reason, tap Save Row, and repeat until your list is done. Then tap Save.

Can I edit a daily gratitude list after saving it?

Yes. Go to My Journey, then Saved Entries, open the date you want, and tap Edit.

Do I have to write a reason for each item?

No. Only the first field needs text to save a row. The “Why?” field is optional, though the app encourages it.

Daily Empowering Questions in the Manifestation App

Daily Empowering Questions is a simple tool in the Law of Attraction Toolbox manifestation app. It shows you one empowering question at a time, so you can ask yourself something better than whatever your mind is already chewing on. It suits anyone who wants a quick, low-effort way to nudge their thinking in a more positive direction.

What are empowering questions?

Empowering questions are questions that point your attention toward solutions, appreciation and what you want, instead of toward the problem. The app’s info screen explains that asking them helps shift your mindset from problem-focused to solution-focused, which matters in manifesting because solutions sit on higher vibrations than problems.

The idea is to answer in ways that make you feel empowered and positive, then come back to the questions throughout the day. For more on building a daily practice, see A 10-Minute Daily Manifestation Routine.

What you can do with Empowering Questions

  • See one empowering question at a time in large, easy-to-read text
  • Tap New Prompt whenever you want a fresh question
  • Jot down your answer as a quick note
  • Open the in-app info screen for guidance

How to use Empowering Questions

  1. Open the Tools tab and tap the Empowering Questions tile. Its tagline reads “Questions can positively guide your self talk”.
  2. Read the question on the screen and take a moment to think about your answer.
  3. Answer in a way that makes you feel empowered and positive.
  4. Tap New Prompt to move on to the next question, or stay with one that feels useful.
  5. To save a thought, tap the note icon in the top right corner. An “Add Note” box opens with the placeholder “Enter note text…”. Type your answer and tap Add.
  6. Tap the back arrow when you are finished.

The tool works through its list of questions in order and starts again from the beginning at the end. The next question is also ready the next time you open the screen.

Example

Say the screen asks “How can I feel happy right now?” Pause and answer it honestly: “I can step outside for five minutes, play a song I love and text a friend.” Tap the note icon, type that down, then tap New Prompt. The next question might be something like “What am I grateful for in my life?” and you can answer that one in your head, or add another note.

Tips

  • Revisit the screen a few times a day. The app suggests reflecting on different empowering questions throughout the day.
  • These questions are most useful when you feel stuck or focused on negativity, because they show you there are other things outside your current stuck energy.
  • They do need your mind to have some energy to work with. If you are at the very bottom of the emotional scale, the info screen says open questions will feel out of reach, and a guided meditation or the meditation timer is the kinder place to start.
  • Tap the info icon (the circle with an “i”) to read the full explanation any time.

Where your entries go

Notes you add from this screen are saved with your other notes. Open My Journey, tap Saved Entries and look for Notes. The app also logs that you used Empowering Questions in your Activity Log under My Journey.

Abraham Hicks Appreciation Game in the App

The Appreciation Game is a quick, prompt-by-prompt practice in this manifestation app. Each card asks you to think about something in your life and feel appreciation for it. It is for anyone who wants a short, no-typing way to raise their mood, whether or not they know the Abraham Hicks appreciation game by name.

What is the Appreciation Game?

The app’s info screen describes it simply: appreciate the subject of each prompt, and allow yourself to fully feel it. It also points to Abraham-Hicks’ teaching that like attracts like, so the more you appreciate, the more you find to appreciate. The game can be played really quickly.

New to the idea? Gratitude and the Law of Attraction: The Fastest Shortcut explains why appreciation matters.

What you can do with the Appreciation Game

  • Work through a series of appreciation prompts, one at a time.
  • Feel the appreciation in your own time, with nothing to type.
  • Add a quick note without leaving the game.
  • Open the info screen for the purpose, how-to and tips.

How to play the Appreciation Game

  1. Open the Games tab and tap Appreciation Game.
  2. Read the top half of the screen. It sets a scene, for example “Think about the clean and fresh water that is readily available to you at any time.”
  3. Read the bottom half, below the colored line. It tells you what to do next, such as saying thank you and feeling appreciation.
  4. Pause and let yourself feel it for as long as you like.
  5. Tap Next for the next prompt. Keep going for as many prompts as you want.

At the top right you will find a note icon and an info icon. The note icon opens an “Add Note” box where you can type a note and tap Add. The info icon opens the Appreciation Game info screen.

Example

A prompt asks you to think about the animals and pets that have brought joy, companionship and love into your life. The instruction below asks you to feel appreciation for the bond you share with them. You picture a pet curled up beside you, say thank you, and stay with the warm feeling for a minute. Then you tap Next.

Your own goals as prompts

If you have added goals to your manifestation goals list, the game can also build prompts from them. These ask you to think about your goal as if you already have it, then say thank you and feel appreciation.

Tips

  • Try playing in the morning to start your day on a positive note.
  • Take a moment on each prompt. Fully allow yourself to appreciate it.
  • Play while you are already feeling okay. If your mood is low, it takes more effort to raise it, so a gentler tool such as a meditation can be a better start.
  • Keep it short. The game is quick, so a few prompts are enough.

The Affirmation of the Day home screen widget shows a different affirmation every day of the year. If you are searching for an affirmation widget for iPhone, add it from your home screen widget gallery.

Tips

  • Start small. Pick a handful of affirmations that feel believable to you rather than saving hundreds.
