Gratitude Journal App for Manifesting

The Infinite Gratitude Journal is an endless list of things you appreciate, kept inside this manifestation app. It is a gratitude journal app for manifesting that never fills up: add as many items as you like, big or small, and come back to read them any time.

What you can do with the Infinite Gratitude Journal

  • Add something you are grateful for, with an optional reason why.
  • Read your whole list in one place.
  • Open an entry to edit it, see the date you added it, or delete it.
  • See three of your entries on the Today tab as a reminder.

How to use the gratitude journal in the app

  1. Open the Tools tab and tap Infinite Gratitude Journal. The screen is titled “Infinite Gratitude”.
  2. Tap the round + button at the bottom right. A sheet titled “Add Gratitude” slides up.
  3. Under What are you grateful for?, type your item.
  4. Under Why are you appreciative of this?, add the reason if you want to. Writing the reason can help you feel the appreciation more deeply.
  5. Tap Save. The button appears once you have typed something in the first box. Tap Cancel to close without saving.

You can also start from the Today tab. The Infinite Gratitude Journal section there has a plus button that opens the same Add Gratitude sheet, and tapping its heading opens your full list.

Why keep a list that never ends?

Gratitude is a popular practice in the law of attraction world because it turns your attention to what is already good. A daily page has a natural stopping point. An infinite list does not, so a quick thought in a queue or on a walk can go straight in. Over weeks and months the list becomes a record you can scroll through whenever you want a reminder of how much is going well.

Edit or delete an entry

Tap any row in the list to open it. The screen is titled “Gratitude Entry” and shows the date under “Added on:”. Change the text and tap Save, or tap Delete and confirm with Yes when asked “Are you sure to delete this entry?” You can also swipe a row in the list to delete it.

Where your entries go

Everything you add lives in the Infinite Gratitude list under Tools. Entries are listed from the oldest to the newest. On the Today tab, the app shows three of your entries so you see reminders of what is going well. If you have fewer than three, the Today tab shows a short note telling you to use the plus icon to add items instead.

Tips

  • Write anything you feel grateful for, big or small. The list grows over time into a record of what is good in your life.
  • Add the reason why. It gives the appreciation more depth than a single word.
  • Re-read the list on days when writing new entries feels like a stretch.
  • If even reading it feels heavy, the app suggests a meditation first, then returning when appreciation is easier to find.

On iPhone and iPad

These steps are for the iPhone and iPad version of the app. This feature is not in the Android app yet. Using an Android phone or tablet? See the Android user guide.

Frequently asked questions

What is an infinite gratitude journal?

It is a running list with no end point. Instead of filling one page a day, you add items whenever you think of them and the list keeps growing.

Is this a good gratitude journal for the law of attraction?

The app’s own notes describe gratitude as a way to focus on what you already have. The journal gives you a place to collect those things and re-read them whenever you want.

Do I have to write why I am grateful?

No. Only the first box is needed to save. The “Why are you appreciative of this?” box is optional.

Where do I see my gratitude entries again?

Open Tools, then Infinite Gratitude Journal, to see your full list. The Today tab also shows three of your entries.
